Since I discovered Elderberry gummies only a few years ago and during covid, I think it is the sleeping immunity that needs to be awakened and discovered by everyone. I love it. If I miss a day I take TWO the next. They taste great and that is saying something because most meds of any kind taste nasty to me. I have a very sensitive palette and nose that can smell anything and even if it’s good for me, if I can’t get past the taste, peace out. I was taking the elderberry by one of the Mowry twins -don’t ask which one- Tamera? IDK, but they are sooo hard find and while my first few orders were good they seemed to have changed the recipe at the last try. I’ve tried three kinds of elderberry gummies -including the chewable tablets- and these Nature Made are it! Stock up! I really do think it does defend against some viruses/germs and I ALWAYS take them before and after going to crowded functions.
