Overall, this is a great mat. Just that when you sweat it slides a bit, but you can always use a towel. Very easy to carry though a little heavy but very durable. I recommend. it has no smell.

Saves my knees!
I needed a nice thick yoga mat for my knees when doing poses on all fours and this mat is perfect! Ive been using it frequently every week for the last month or so and its held up really well.Cleanng it isnt the easiest because it is foam like material but its not too much of an issue. It holds onto dirt tho so if u have dirty floors its not that easy to brush all the dirt off the bottom before rolling it up (i fold mine so the bottom doesnt roll inward and touch the side i lay on).Pretty nice mat nonetheless and id definitely recommend it to anyone with bad knees!

Misleading: itâs not non-slip
Donât get me wrong, itâs decent, pretty thick and will be comfortable to use, but in no way is it non-slip like they try to make it seem.Great grip was the thing that sold me on it because they claimed its non-slip, but the moment I tried a down-dog on it, my hands kept slipping forward. I wouldnât say itâs worth the $40 because of that and also because the material doesnât seem like it will last long-term. So Iâm a bit disappointed.

This mat was to replace my previous one, which started to flake off bits of the material. Keep in mind I had that one for years. I use this mat for HIIT workouts 7 days a week and so far I am very happy with it. No slipping and it provides a good amount of cushioning when jumping. Easy to roll up and it comes with a little rope like thing, which keeps it in place and also acts as a handle. Overall, it’s held up well considering heavy use – so very happy so far with this purchase.
