Easy on Knees
The pad is an excellent and very needed addition to my new yoga classes. I was having a lot of discomfort in my knees during many of the mat exercises. This is a soft, inexpensive way to solve the problem.

I originally bought the 1 inch pad but it was too thick for me. I found it hard to balance on my knee in yoga because it was too thick. This .6 inch pad is absolutely perfect. It fits easily in my yoga bag and it is the perfect thickness. Takes so much stress and discomfort off my knees during yoga. Very happy with the quality

Great for traveling
When going out of town I have to leave my yoga mat behind if I’m taking the train or flying. In thinking it over, I realized I could get by with a mat that only cushions my hands.
