So far, so good! This product does help with my appetite and craving for sweets. I feel a lot better when I take them before a meal. After I intermittent fast for 16 hours, I take it before my first meal as directed. I don’t get that tired and sluggish feeling in the afternoon like I used to. After a couple of weeks, I’m excited about my weight loss journey bc I now have more control of what types of foods and supplements I use in my body. In another month, I give an update with pictures.

Great laxative
I won’t tell anyone not to try this because everyone’s metabolism is different….but for me this product gave me the runs consistently, and did not lower my blood sugar readings at all. This surprised me because several of the ingredients are highly recommended by a nutritionist and doctor I follow who helps people control blood pressure and blood sugar without pharmaceuticals. I have 3 unused bottles that I’ll keep for a while in case I have a constipation issue lol. I’m moving on to another product to try to control my blood sugar.

I like it. Been taking it for over a year. Thank God it has helped. I’m also doing IF. Days I don’t take it, I get a sugar rush feeling after a meal. I think that’s what diabetics feel if they don’t take meds. This probably help bring me back to border line with IF and weight lifting. All the are important I think.

did nothing but make my sugar levels go up. no change in diet, exercise, nothing but did not do what it was supposed to. took it for months and months. stopped taking it and my levels went back to where they were and should be.
