Q1 – What kind of yoga is this mat good for?
Plyopic All In One Mats can be used for all types of yoga. This is, of course, specific to your personal preferences. If your preference is for a rubbery feel mat with extreme grip then our Ultra Grip Mats will be the best fit for you. If you don’t need extreme grip and are happy with a good level of grip that gets even gripper as you break sweat, then the All In One mat is the perfect mat for you!
Plyopic All In One Mats have superior grip when dry compared to other microfiber surfaced mats. This is due to the innovative Plyopic Sweat-Grip coating used on their surface. If you wish to increase grip at any point during practice then you can simply spray the mat surface with water. This can be useful for those who have dry hands at the start of their practice. If you prefer to practice on the reverse side of the mat, simply spray the microfiber side of the mat, flip it over onto a flat hardwood surface and start your practice.
Q2 – Is this mat thick enough for me?
The mat is 3.5mm thick, which doesn’t sound a lot, but trust us this gives the ideal balance between support, stability and grounding when using Natural Tree Rubber. The rubber we use has extra high density so delivers a whole lot more cushion for its thickness. Our Eco-TPE base mats, e.g. Ultra Grip Lite Mat, are the best alternative if you prefer an extra soft and thicker mat base.
Q3 – How do I care for my mat?
To maximise the lifespan of your mat we recommend only practicing on it barefoot or with yoga socks and using a mat cleaning spray most often to clean your mat. We recommend washing your hands and feet before practice to keep your mat hygienic and avoid any surface clogging or staining as the result of skin creams or oils. If you’re unable to wash your hands and feet, you can alternatively use gentle baby wipes to wipe your palms and soles before practice. When you want a deeper clean than a mat cleaner spray, we suggest you hand wash your mat rather than machine wash it. It’s less wear/tear on the mat and uses less water. Hand wash with a wet cloth and a small amount of mild soap if required (to avoid soap residue left behind), then hang to dry. To speed up the drying process, roll your mat up with a towel to absorb excess water before hanging to dry.

The Perfect Mat!
I am completely obsessed with this yoga mat.Just like the instructions say, spray it down with some water before practicing, and again as needed, and you will feel so grounded and supported…seriously, no slipping at all. Like previous posters have mentioned, it is pretty heavy, and mine didnât come with a carrying strap, but itâs no problem at all for me. The instructions also come with washing directions, as well, which is super helpful. It says you can put it on a gentle, cool cycle in the washing machine and hang to dry, or you can hand wash in the tub and hang to dry. Iâll be hand washing mine when needed, but until then, I use a homemade yoga mat spray cleaner thatâs working just fine.The designs on these mats are so unique and beautiful. I love mine! I got the Persia, and itâs so pretty, you could actually leave it out as part of the room. It inspires me to get onto my mat everyday, and Iâve already received so many compliments on it. Iâm proud to have this as my mat.As you can see, the colors are vibrant, but also somewhat muted on the Persia. Itâs hard to explain, but I love the effect. I also appreciate how there are greens, pinks, blues, red, yellow, purple, gray, and black, but it all fits together without looking like itâs âtoo much.âI also like how the design is symmetrical and provides alignment guides without the obvious line down the middle. Some of the others have the line down the middle, which I assume would be great for some yogis, but I like the lines (on the Persia) on the outside of the mat, and I like using the design as a guide. See? Iâm obsessed. Ha!Thank you for making this awesome product! Iâll never own another brandâs mat, but I may collect more designs! So much more than a beautiful mat…!
I am totally in love with this beautiful Yoga Mat and the company really are all that they say they are. The mat was well packed and came with a strong carrying strap. The colours are exactly as on screen. When I first used the mat I hadn’t really read the advice supplied and I found it slippery. I emailed Plyopic and received a response within hours, even though we are at opposite ends of the planet. I was advised to dampen the mat which I did using a spray bottle of water, just where my hands and feet go in Warrior or Downward Dog, and it was amazing! The grip is great, the mat dries fast and the coolness of the damp part is actually very pleasant during practice. It is the best mat I have ever used and I hope I never have to look for another. This mat is my safe place, my sanctuary and it has made my home practice stronger and is much admired in my classes. I am going back to the UK for a few months and seriously considering buying a second Plyopic mat to use there, maybe the travel mat. Thank you Plyopic for being all that you say you are and more, and for helping the planet. If you are considering this mat, all I can say is go for it, but do remember to spray it, especially at first… mine is actually getting grippier the more I use it! *LOVE*

Gorgeous
I am not a yoga person. I need something a little more up tempo. But…the quarantine gave me a good opportunity to try to get back into it. I noticed that that mat I was using for stretching, while super thick and awesome for knee cushioning, was terrible for yoga as it would stretch and move while in poses. So I ordered this. Itâs gorgeous. Iâve used it twice. No slipping. No stretching. The mat does NOT move at all. Itâs very dense and heavy for a mat which probably means itâs a pretty good quality and will last a while. Easy to roll up without getting all crooked. I didnât know I was missing the center line until I had one. Definitely worth the money. If I HAD one complaint itâs that I need a towel for my knee but thatâs an issue with me, not the mat. Also had a bit of a rubber smell at first. A little fabric Fabreeze did the trick (tho idk if the company would recommend such a thing). Over all I really love it.

Never Using Another Brand Again!
I am a crappy Amazoner. I always forget to write product reviews. So it’s a pretty big deal that I am bothering to review this mat. It. Is. Everything. I have sweaty feet. I was born with sweaty feet, I walk through life on sweaty feet, and when I die the medical examiner will probably make note of my exceptionally sweaty feet. This obviously makes yoga difficult. Every mat I have ever been on was like a trip down slip and slide memory lane. It was always a battle, trying to remain focused on the practice but also trying not to slip and break something. This mat is the solution I have been looking for! The material is almost like a microfiber, and I don’t slip at all! It is soft and feels great on your skin. I have been using it daily for a week now and I am in love. The size is great, plenty of length so I don’t have to keep shifting around. The pattern is funky and cool and very vibrant. The only negative I have found is that dog hair sticks to it, so I have to either vacuum it off or brush it off. Might not be an issue for some, but we have 3 Dobermans and no matter how often I dustmop and vacuum, they’re always two steps ahead with the shed. Totally worth the extra effort because this mat is brilliant!
