Seems good
This seems like a great way to get a whole bunch of immune support with ingredients, like elderberry, echinacea, garlic, zinc, turmeric, and more. So far they seem OK and we have had no adverse effects. And hopefully it is also helping to strengthen our immune system.

All the immune products in one capsule
This product has all the basic immune ingredients plus a probiotic which is really nice. I want my immune supplement to have at a minimum Elderberry, Vitamin C, Zinc, and Echinacea. These capsules have all of those AND Vitamin E, B6, L-Glutamine, Garlic Powder, and even Turmeric. The turmeric is what gives the capsules the deep yellow/gold color. As with most of these immune support products, the serving size is 2 capsules. Unfortunately, these are too large for me to swallow. So as with some of the other capsule products I take on a daily basis, I have to transfer the contents to smaller blank capsules. I continue to try new immune supplements in hopes of eventually finding one that is a smaller capsule size. If you donât mind the large capsules, this is a good comprehensive immune supplement.

Timely, Wonderful Ingredients
As others have pointed out, the ingredients in this Crystal Peaks Immunity Boost are terrific: C, E, B6, Zinc, Echinacea, Garlic Powder, and Turmeric–just to name the ones that I’m more familiar with. Seems to me like a GREAT combination of nutrients during these Covid times.These capsules are not too big. I would put them in the medium to large category. They are certainly not extra large, or too big to swallow. They are on the yellowish side of things in terms of color–probably because of the Turmeric.You take them 20-30 minutes before a meal with 8 ounces of water, which can be a little tricky to remember, but I’m thinking that boosts absorption.Highly Recommended!!!

Seems to be helping
My father recently got sick and of course we fear the worst…..he started taking these and they seem to be helping. They are easy to swallow and don’t leave an aftertaste. Anything that will help build the immune system and fight off these viruses is worth it in my book!
