Great for a breastfeeding mom that lost too much weight
I went through a major life change when my baby was about 5 months and I rapidly lost 16 lbs over a few weeks. I noticed my baby getting increasingly frustrated with my dwindling milk supply! I had to act fast. I ordered this one because I have to be dairy and soy free due to MSPI. Within 5 days of having 1 of these a day mixed with the extra creamy almond milk, I stopped dropping weight and my milk supply is getting my babe through day and night. Itâs really not a bad taste either, I personally like it as long as itâs fully blended. Itâs gritty or anything. You just really have to blend it fully so you donât have chunks, I would definitely recommend a blender over a shaker bottle. Overall 5/5 from me!!

So far it works!!
Like other reviews have said ,it is gritty and the flavor could be better, but it is bearable. Mixed fine with just water. Use a clear container so you donât miss any clumps. It is expensive but for what you are getting Its worth it. I drink 2 scoops a day, morning and night. Has increased and/or at least maintained my milk supply. I love that itâs organic/vegan. Oh and yes when you open it, it does look half empty but only because it settles to the bottom after being packaged. I counted my scoops and you do get the servings they state are in there, 20 I think. I would like to try the vanilla chai but itâs not on amazon yet. I have only tried the chocolate flavor, havenât tried the Carmel only bc its more expensive and I can barely afford the almost $50. My suggestion is try it at least once you may like it, Iâm glad I did and didnât let the negative reviews sway me. I am allergic to dairy so the other protein mix out there with whey in it isnt an option, plus they have way too much sugar. For whoever needs to hear this donât give up if itâs getting hard for you to continue breastfeeding or your supply is decreasing, keep trying if you can, your baby will benefit from it beyond measure. I know itâs a sacrifice wether you are a stay at home mom or working mom pumping at work. God bless you for trying to give your baby the best start and not giving up when it gets hard. I know itâs easier to stop breastfeeding but itâs soooooo good for your baby. Itâs only for a short time moms, we can do this. Our babies are worth it!

Good for maintaining milk supply. Bad taste and texture.
Boobie Body protein shakes have been good for maintaining my milk supply. I drink one everyday.I normally get the Chocolate Bliss flavor, but Amazon ran out and ordering it from their site would take too long so I ordered the Vanilla Chai to try. I still ordered the Chocolate Bliss flavor on their site because itâs my favorite. When I read the review for this flavor I thought everyone was exaggerating about the grainy texture, but they arenât. Compared to the Chocolate bliss, Ancient Nutrition bone broth protein powder, and Amazing Grass plant protein- the Boobie Body Vanilla Chai protein powder is very grainy. The flavor of chai is very mild, but the after taste of the cinnamon additive is strong. Iâm not sure if itâs artificial flavoring in their compound, but it tastes like a big red or hot tamale candy lingering in my mouth. To make it digestible, since Iâm stuck with this tub now, I add: banana, frozen fruit, and chia seeds. I normally add a banana and chia seeds anyways but the added frozen fruit chunks help mask the texture even more.I wonât be buying this flavor again, and am hesitant to try anything other than the chocolate bliss.I highly recommend this brand, but not this flavor.

Oh its the best protein shake I’ve tried
Heck yeah! This is a super good tasting one. When you are on the go as a new mom and trying to not be the size of a beluga, this is great! The shake itself is only one point on weight watchers. And I blend with a blender bottle or use my stick blender to mix with almond milk. It was chalky if you use the recommended amount of milk … I use about 16 ounces/double the almond milk it calls for . Way better. And add a banana and it’s really like more of a meal. Love it. I ordered the cookie flavor on target, they have a sale ð. And free shipping on this.

Good, not great
The only thing I really love about this product is its nutritional value. As a breastfeeding mom, itâs important for me to consume as many nutrients as possible to maintain a good and healthy milk supply. But other than that, the taste is just ok. Itâs really gritty even when really well blended, and if you donât drink it fairly quickly, most of it âsettlesâ at the bottom, resulting in this gross gritty, pasty goop. The taste itself isnât amazing. It tastes like chocolate, with a gritty texture. Itâs not very pleasant. Iâll finish my canister because this product is expensive and the nutrition it offers is great, but I wonât be buying again due to the taste. I want to be able to enjoy what I put into my body.

Taste is bland and hard to mix also needs drank fast as it settles after sitting
Got this after doing some research for milk supply boost and just a meal alternative as a mom of two itâs sometimes hard to get a meal in.Not a big fan of chocolate but the reviews for it over the cookie one took my vote. It definitely tastes different, donât want to say chalky or gritty but you can tell itâs a protein drink. I used almond milk to mix with and to use a whole scoop with just 6-8oz of your liquid of choiceâ¦.I had to use more milk to make it thinner and tolerable honestly. It didnât mix well and I mixed it for a long time with a frother and had to use a spoon to get what was stuck to the bottom off. Need to drink it fast or have a spoon in it to keep mixing as it settles. Not sure if I will use it in a smoothie as itâs chocolate or what else to put in it to make it better but Iâm gonna use it as I paid good money for it. Will probably drink it every few days as itâs just not something I crave but a semi easy thing to make. To each their own and everyone has a different palate but it was not for me.

Super clumpy
Mixes worse than any powder Iâve ever used. Taste is bearable, unless you like huge chunks of powder in your mouth.Update: changed to five stars because even though itâs super clumpy and doesnât taste great, my milk supply is incredible?! It was great before taking this but Iâm making even more now. It also keeps me full and from constantly snacking.
