Makes a big difference for squats/deadlifts
Was skeptical that knee sleeves would really make a difference but boy am I glad I tried them. I ordered Medium and they fit just right, nice and snug to support my knees while lifting. Able to increase weight without the usual pain the next day. Have held up well so far after about a month.

As a first-time user of knee sleeves for weightlifting, Iâve been impressed with the Phantom Athletic Club 7mm Compression Knee Sleeves. After using them regularly for squats over the past couple of months, hereâs what Iâve experienced:Comfort and FitThese sleeves provide a snug fit, which initially felt a bit tight. I prefer not to wear them for too long as I definitely start sweating through them, and the tags inside will start to irritate me eventually — plan to just rip them out soon. I sometimes struggle to pull them up high enough over my knees, so itâs worth paying close attention to the size chart before ordering. That said, once theyâre on, theyâre comfortable enough for my workouts and definitely assist with squatting. While I havenât noticed a dramatic increase in overall stability, they do make it easier to push out of the hole during squats.Material and Build QualityThe 7mm neoprene material is thicker than what Iâve used in the past for other activities, but itâs not overly restrictive. The sleeves feel durable, and after months of use, theyâve shown no signs of wear or tear. Comfortable and supportive
I have really bad knees (previous acl injuries on both knees and a surgery on one) but also am a pretty heavy lifter at the gym. I wanted something that wouldnât restrict movement but would help support my knees while doing certain things. These are awesome. They fit perfect with good compression, they donât slide and they give a good amount of support while being comfortable. They seem pretty high quality and durable. Hopefully they last awhile! Definitely recommend.

These knee sleeves are a must have. I had been having knee pain for over a year and was having pain while doing squats, curls and leg extensions. I was able to lift more weight while wearing them. The construction is quality.Make sure to measure before buying. I initially bought a pair that I thought would fit and it didnât. I then measured and what I received fit me perfectly. Smh I should have measured before buying.

Honest review of 7mm Compression Knee Sleeves
After a couple uses, I love the quality of these sleeves. As a bigger guy 6â2 and 260 lbs they have held up well. I was able to squat 455 lbs and no pain in my knees. I look forward to using phantom athletics for my gym gear hear on out.
