I bought this for my father who buys Black Seed Oil from a private distributor (that is, more than likely, overcharging him) and figured this would be an easier way to take it. I initially wanted just a Black Seed Oil supplement, but this caught my eye as it has more minerals / vitamins included to target more areas he needs help with. His main areas of concern are his joints, lethargy, occasional digestive issues and muscle weakness he gets from time to time, I can not say that this has brought him back to 100%, but he seems to be a little cheerier and active these past couple weeks after having these pills for over a month now. Before, with just the Black Seed Oil, we’d have to deal with the extra large bottle, the exorbitant cost of it on its own, as well as the sticky, gross residue of the leftover oil in the dosing cup (he has memory trouble and does not always bring dishes / cups to the kitchen after eating)I’d say that it’s worth a try at the current price point, less than $30 for a month’s supply, as it combines a good blend of vitamins / minerals into an easy to take, virtually tasteless set of capsules a day.

Buying more
I bought these for the just in case and I am so glad I did. I had tried oregano drops but those are so disgusting that they made me gag for what seemed like forever after taking them. With these supplements, I don’t have that experience and they don’t hurt my stomach either. The moment that I feel as though I’m going to get sick, I start taking these immediately. Within a day or two, all symptoms are gone. Just recently, I noticed I only had about a week’s worth left and started taking them and found that while my family and coworkers were sick, I didn’t. Will be reordering more of these to take them on a daily basis as these have been my real go to!

Maybe better than elderberry
Working in a school, I am surrounded by germs and every sickness out there. I have noticed a tremendous difference in my immunity with the oregano oil. Dare I say, it’s better than elderberry!Easy to swallow and digest.
