I’m impressed with the treadmill’s versatility. With the option to use it as a traditional treadmill or as an under-desk walking pad, it’s easy to incorporate light activity throughout the day. I mainly use it in the walking pad mode during work hours and switch to jogging mode for quick workout sessions. The motor runs quietly, even at higher speeds, making it ideal for multitasking without disturbing anyone. The treadmill has been a great addition to my home office setup. It’s compact, easy to store, and gives me a solid workout without taking up much space. While it might not replace a full-sized treadmill for intense runners, it’s excellent for casual walking and light running sessions.

Very Superior treadmill
I used to use the treadmill at the gym. As well as the elliptical and bike and swimming pool. I also ran half marathons a lot. Now that I am almost 70 I prefer to do a little less of that. And this fits the bill. The quality of this bad boy is superior to any of those treadmills that I used at the gym of course you don’t have the number of people using it. It’s just me. It’s very quiet. I use it daily. I’m building up to using it for at least an hour but right now. I am up to 20 minutes daily. it’s very easy to use. It’s very intuitive. I bought two one for my big house and one for my studio. This one is the one I have in my studio and I much prefer it to the one in the big house. It’s very, very quiet. The cost was very, very good and I appreciate that. I appreciate the Insta stop so I feel very safe with that. But boy when it stops with that it stops! The handles are very secure so hold on if it stops abruptly.If you’re considering a treadmill for your house considered this one over others. I wouldn’t call myself an expert, but I’d consider myself knowledgeable since I’ve used many treadmills over the years and this is by far one of the best.

Get Fit Fast
I would dare say this treadmill performs just as well if not better in some ways than the huge bulky bolt down full size ones but people usually have or that you encounter in the gym.It goes up to 6 mph possibly faster but that’s as far as I pushed it lol. Runs surprisingly quietly it is quite easy to watch a show as you walk with this on it doesn’t generate a whole lot of annoying sound nor vibration. My dog didn’t so much as flinch when I turned it on beside him he just continued to lay there and nap.The bar offers a spot where you can put your phone or your tablet or a book but you can also fold that bar down if you do not wish to use it so that it takes up less space.It has small wheels on the end so when you tip it up you don’t have to worry about lifting it you can simply roll it.And not only doesn’t have several different speeds it also has different moods so you don’t have to worry about your workout routine getting boring.

Sets up pretty easy. I did not get the safety cord but customer service was great and sent me one quickly. It is heavier than expected and could use bigger rollers to move it with. Folds nice and I can tuck it under the couch. The bars that lock the handles in place were very tight and we had to adjust then to get the bars up and lowering them. During the first times using it, it kept stopping on its own a few minutes in. I had to log into the internet and download the app so it worked right. I really did not want to do use an app, just wanted to walk. Works just fine when I got it going so can’t complain. Quiet. Wish it inclined a little but is still good for this old lady.

Belt will not stay in the middle.We have tryed everything as soon as your on it , it moves.
