Soft white floral loveliness!
I *love* the intense nectar of a white flowerâgardenia, tuberose, honeysuckle, jasmine, etc.âbut I completely understand that wearing it is not for the feint of heart or nose. Itâs overpowering. But I like overpowering ;)To me, âElizabeth Taylorâs Gardeniaâ is the courteous, sensible sister of the big bloom. I think itâs perfect scent for white floral lovers with a discreet palette.It has the heart of sweet, buttery gardenia, but itâs not intoxicating. It wears lightly on the skin; it doesnât douse the atmosphere.That means that itâs not super durable. But itâs more versatile. A great white floral for work, get-togethers, meetingsâwhen you want your fragrance to announce, not broadcast.

My stepmother wore a more expensive brand when I was a kid. Took a chance and ordered this brand. Itâs an amazing fragrance and just what I wanted to spray on my linens. Elizabeth Taylor legacy forever.

Love the scentâlasts longer than my expensive ones!
I like that it smells sweet like real gardenia & white flower mixture. Itâs exactly the scent Iâve been looking for. Some people have commented that the scent doesnât last. Iâve found that it lasts much longer than several expensive perfumes I have that cost 10x the price of this one! At this price, I donât mind reapplying it in the evening.

Scent depends
So this smells nice on my linens. Mixed with my body chemistry it smells old lady. Perhaps indicating Iâm an old lady. Do not believe folks who say the scent is too light or wears off too fast. These are folks who have gone nose blind. It is a strong scent that lingers and smells like true gardenia. Not chemical as some say. I can only spray one spray on the pillow and then I have to sleep on the other side or it is too strong. And I spray it on the case and I can smell it on the pillow underneath. In short, it did not work as a perfume for me. But itâs a nice linen spray.

I am amazed by this very inexpensive, very elegant perfume, it smells like perfume, not toilette spray, but the real thing, Gardenias! I have bushes all around my yard, obviously I love gardenias and roses. It is a beautiful green bottle with a frosted white gardenia as the lid, like the gorgeous movie star, it is elegant. Yes, I sprayed it as soon as I opened it, walked through the spray and I was in a magical world of early summer scent wafting over me, and landing on me as gentle as a cool misting rain. It smells clean, fresh, at first it’s powerful, then it settles into a romantic scent like having fresh Gardenias sitting in vases around your house, not overwhelming , you just smile because it smells lovely, and yes, in 4 hours, you might need to spritz, and walk through it again, which I thoroughly enjoy. I hate writing this review, they might sell out or raise the price, it certainly smells like it should cost more. I have a 350 dollar bottle of Aerin that can’t touch this lovely scent.I highly recommend it. Thank you.carolintallahassee

Smells lovely the scent just doesn’t last.
The scent is a rather strong scent and it smells of magnolias. It’s a beautiful scent. I’m not sure of the authenticity as it does not seem to last long and you can smell the alcohol in it. You can wear it on a daily basis. You’ll just have to reapply because like I said it does not last long.

A White Floral Beauty
I just received this one. I purchased it on Amazon, and reading the reviews and fragrance list made me jump on it. If you like white flowers, then you will love this one. Itâs a light floral with a gardenia and Jasmine as the front runners. The bottle is so pretty and fits in the hand nicely. The cap is super lovely as well. Itâs soft and pleasant to wear on a fresh summer/spring day. I would wear this out for brunch, a wedding, a lovely day out at the park, or an outdoor jazz festival. This fragrance is feminine and dainty. I think of pretty dresses, hats, frilly, youthful (in a good way), flirty, with a sophistication to it.I highly recommend if you like these notes and want a light and dainty fragrance.

This is really a long lasting perfume. The smell is really intense after spraying that settles after two minutes and lingers. I find a bit of coconut in it too but I guess everyone’s chemestry with this smell is different but yes gardenia is there and it’s a good one If you love flowery scent go for it. Arriving took more than a month so it was a bit irritating packaging was also old but as the perfume is fine so I let it slide thank you amazon.
