Impressed
Bought two of these for our get home bags. For the affordable price of this filter, I knew I needed to test the quality & make sure that it worked. And I was actually quite impressed with how it performed. I used some dirty (filthy really) water from squeezing out my used aquarium filter sponges into a pitcher. U can see for yourself in the video just exactly how black & grimey that water was. And with a few pumps of the water filter, it was coming out crystal clear on the other side. After filtering a few ounces, I drank a few swallows of the filtered water (with great unease I might add lol) but it actually tasted ok with no gross taste or smell. Color me impressed 🙂 My only gripe is that I wish it pushed more water thru with each pump, but I guess for the small size of it, speed was something that was sacrificed. But my intended use of for emergency survival, so it’s a piece of equipment that I hope to never have to use & for our budget it fit the bill. The entire kit is small, compact & lightweight, making it a great choice for emergency kits, GHB’s or survival kits. And I would def recommend it if u don’t wanna shell out 5 times the price for a more recognizable branded water filter.

Great for missions trips
I got this because our local church was asking us all to purchase one to donate to the next mission trip to take to Brazil to help people have clean water. Itâs a little confusing at first but comes with picture instructions to use as a pump or to take apart and use as a straw. And I like that it comes apart because it makes it easier to clean. I like the little clip included that helps the straw stay in a cup or glass. The pump handle was a little tight but then finally opened and seems to pump just fine. I found if you raise the handle straight up and then pull it out to 90 degrees, it much easier to open than if youâre trying to unclip the handle and then raise it. It also comes with a collapsable water pouch that can screw onto the filter.

compact
I like the compactness of this product. It is about the same weight of an old filter system I have but much more compact. I believe I will need to replace the very thin walled tubing it comes with but, I’ll give it a try and see.

Very cool item
My son has been wanting one of these for his adventures around the farm. It came well packaged, product appears to be good quality. Instructions are clear and easy to use. He is pumped to take it out to the creeks around the farm and countryside and have clean water!

Tiny yet strong
I didn’t realize how small it actually was but it packs away nicely and barely takes up room in my pack! It has came in handy on my last adventure and handled everything I needed it for. It made questionable water taste like bottled water!

Great for backpacking
I got this to keep in the camper for day hikes and for the âjust in caseâ situations. It is small and easy to use. It weighs about nothing so is very convenient to add to your pack. It filters water like itâs supposed to.

Didn’t work
I have a TDS meter, after unboxing and reading the instructions I decidedly past you with clean water through it first. So I poured tap water into a clean glass and measured it at 176. Then filtered it into another clean glass and the meter read 209. I thought I would give it another chance and tried sugar-free lemonade. TDS said 768 then I filtered it and it became more clear but still not clear like shown. The meter showed 766 and I tasted it and the filtered lemonade still tasted sweet and lemony. I’m really glad I didn’t wait to see if it worked on actual dirty water! Realizing that EPA regulation is less than 1000 I still didn’t want to taste it
