This product is very effective and worked quickly, I am so grateful to the makers of this. I have been suffering with restless legs for so long and have been unable to get a good nights sleep for months as a result. This product arrived and I am amazed, for the first time in months I was able to sleep, my legs and even lower back were comfortable. I did get up in the night and take another dose which allowed me to fall asleep again with my legs feeling much better. I cannot recommend this product enough if you struggle with restless leg or leg cramping.
