I cannot say enough about this ice wrap!! Finally someone designed this one to provide relief of swelling of a total knee not just the front. The coldness last about 20 minutes or so give or take. That depends on how hot your inflammation is at the time. I have suffered high heat behind the knee so this works fabulous for me! It is versatile enough to be used on your foot or hand as well. Also, adjustable in size so it does have a one size fits all feel! It has extreme durability and a plusher lining on the inside! Worth every dollar and then some! If you have major knee issues invest in two for one knee and four for both knees. It takes a bit of time to get the gel cold enough that is why I suggest an extra if you ice more than 3-4 times a day!! I canât thank this designer enough for the relief provided a well thought out design. I have now had a total knee replacement and love also the fact that this wrap doesnât have a hole in the kneecap area. That part gets hot too. Beyond grateful!!

What an amazing knee Ice wrap, interior is so soft and it gets very cold while staying pliable and it comes with a freezer case to keep food smells off of ice brace. Iâm ordering more products from this company

Good product, secure fit.
I use as a cold wrap prior to full knee replacement surgery to reduce knee fatigue, then afterward to reduce swelling. It works excellently and wraps securely around my knee however the ‘frozen’ cold dissipates within an hour and I wish it stayed frozen longer.

Well made. Wraps around knee easily, straps hold in place securely, stays cold and rechills quickly. Works well with 10×6″ Core Products Soft Comfort CorPak. Put the wide part of the Newgo Ice Pack Knee Ice Pack in the back and put the CorePak on the front of the knee. Straps of Newgo hold both in place well.

I have a dozen or so ice packs including one I got after knee survey and this one is the absolute best. The design with the smaller ice pack strip in the back with the Y Velcro along with the two straps (top and bottom) makes it easy to hold in place but stays flexible enough to walk without slipping down. The full knee is covered and the dual sided is a plus, I use the softer part first when is really cold, them flip over if I want to keep it on longer. I have also been able to use it on my ankle and likely can be used on other joints. I also like that you can get in pink so I can distinguish it from my other ones. Great for my chronic knee issues.

Does not stay cold long enough
So sorry to say I had to return this because it does not stay cold long enough.Other than that, it was the perfect ice pack for my knees.It is so easy to use! The straps are intuitive to put on.It froze well & felt great on my arthritic knees.The Physical Therapist wanted for me to use it for 10 minutes at a time & it just would not stay cold long enough. So sad to return it. But the return process was easy.

Very adjustable with the velcro straps. Long lasting ice pack with one plastic colder side and a plush covered side if you don’t need as cold. Liked so much I purchased 2.

These are the BEST!
This is an excellent product! I had knee surgery and these worked wonderfully. They wrap completely around your knee and fasten so securely I could walk with them on. I would ice for 30 minutes and they were still very cold when I was done. Having 2 to switch out was great. I would highly recommend these..

I had a banged up and swollen knee. Traditional icing with frozen peas or ice bag wrapped up didn’t work. This pack stays put, treats the entire knee area including back. The cover is soft but not too think to restrict the cold penetrating. Stays cold a long time. We bought two. Haven’t tried heating option yet but I am sure it will be very effective.

This ice pack is great! It’s perfect for icing my *entire* knee, compared to other ice packs I have been using. It completely wraps around my entire knee: above, below, sides, and front, held on firmly with the two long velcro straps; and then there’s a separate gel section that goes around the back of my knee and holds firm with its own two velcro tabs. It completely surrounds the knee, as tightly as I want (for some compression, in addition to cooling). The gel holds a lot of cold, for a long time. The whole thing has a fuzzy side. so that it’s not too cold, and you don’t give yourself frostbite, and after a while, you can just switch “inside out” to get the bare plastic side against your skin to keep the cooling going. It’s making a big difference for me, compared to other ice packs I’ve used. I think that’s because the cold comes into the knee from all around, ad goes in deeply. (I’m waiting for meniscus surgery, and in the meantime, light tennis, or even a gentle walk, can cause a lot of internal swelling and soreness.)

I purchased this to use post knee replacement surgery. Make sure to measure before ordering. I have a large leg but Iâve managed to use it. Somewhat fiddly to get on alone but it has great coverage of knee area and is comfortable to use once on.

It has adjustable stretch, which leaves it very secure and tight as you need it to be on your leg .. happy with my purchase ..
