I was looking for a firm tri-fold gym mat, and this one fit most of what I was looking for. The mat isn’t quite as firm as I wanted, but it still works fine as a gym mat. I’d give the mat closer to 3 stars than 4. However, I got 5-star customer service after some hassles with shipping. The package was somehow shipped to another state instead of mine, and they quickly shipped me a replacement. They were very quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. Great customer service, even if the mat wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. I’d considering ordering other produce from them in the future!
