AMAZING!
The coverage is perfect. I needed it after surgery on my ankle. This fits perfectly and it’s very comfortable. I only used it as an ice pack. It stays cold ver a very long time. It works very well. Much better than a normal ice pack. Very durable!

Great for foot, ankle, heel
This is great quality and I love the strap that I can wrap around my foot/ankle to add pressure to where ever I need the cold the most. This works great for my plantar fasciitis. I’ve had no issues with leakage. Cold lasts about 20 minutes which is the perfect time for each round of icing. It’s cold again in about an hour or so.

Best for plantar fascitis and heel issues but milage may vary with sprains
I’m a bigger guy around 6’2″ and wear a size 13 shoe. I got this as I rolled my ankle and tore some things in a fall several weeks ago and I needed something to help ice my ankle. ace wraps and bags of ice were cumbersome and I wanted something that was easier to put on and take off but that I could keep in my freezer without taking up a lot of space. This works pretty well for my needs however its not perfect.Being a bigger guy this barely covers my ankle and if it wasn’t for that extra little flap of cold pack where the velcro attaches to the ice pack itself this would’ve been almost worthless for me given what I tore in rolling my ankle. the person in the picture (witht he bare foot in the icepack) is probably not bigger than a men’s size 7; so if you’re smaller than that it’ll probably encase your foot but above that and it starts to be a little too small to fully wrap and close over itself. if you’re above a 12, I’d say find a different product. The upside is the chambers are all interconnected for the most part so you can squish the gel around inside it to make sure you have enough cold in the areas you want/need it most while limiting it in the areas you don’t, just move the gel before you freeze the pack (more on that later). The exception to this is the bottom piece is sewn to the upper part of the icepack and its closed off entirely. I’ve found even when the rest of the pack is starting to get warm, the bottom part has enough gel in it that its still cold. this is great if you have plantar pain or heel issues like tendonitis or bone spurs, but its a bit less ideal for sprains and strains. it is however enough that you don’t want to try and walk with the cold pack on, if you put full pressure on it, I could easily see it popping and making a mess. I get why its sewn the way it is, but I’d almost rather see them redesign it in such a way that the seam was somewhere else or only on one side and wrapped in such a way that if you were to put weight on it the gel could squish around your foot to better protect the gelpack but also to give you more room to push the gel where you want it to be.The wrap is long enough and spandexy enough that I am able to wrap down around my foot AND around my ankle to hold the whole thing close to my skin and get the relief I’m looking for, however, the gel right out of the freezer is very stiff and will get more liquid as it warms up which sometimes means readjusting the cold pack after a few minutes to make sure its still making contact with your foot where you want it to. It is cold enough at the beginning that you will want a thin sock or something to keep it off your skin but after 5-10 minutes (about the time it needs to be repositioned) I’ve been stripping off the sock to get the maximum use out of this. The cold lasts about 20-30 minutes in my experience but thats more than enough for what you’re supposed to be doing with RICE (you’re only supposed to ice for 15-20 at a time in most cases).Bottom line, I’m happy with this product but wish it had some redesign and/or came in different sizes. I wish bottom wasn’t sewn entirely shut but I do love the formfactor. It is able to completely live in my freezer without taking up a lot of room, and it certainly gets the job done.

Perfect for Frequent Icing
These are OUTSTANDING! I was diagnosed with a heel spur, plantar fasciitis, and early arthritis all at once (lucky me), and I was having a terrible time keeping up with normal icing (ice pack and an ace bandage). I bought the two back of these, and have been able to effortlessly ice every two hours by freezing one and using the other. They strap on tight, quickly, and stay in place, and I wish I bought them sooner. They stay cold for an entire 20 minute session, no problem.

Very nice!
I couldn’t wait to get this wrap to see if it would really help alleviate the pain from plantar fasciitis, mostly heal pain. After massaging my foot I would apply the cold wrap for 15 minutes and, after daily application, it definitely helped lessen the pain. It’s a very comfortable wrap to put on. Very snug and easy to secure with the velcro strap. I also like the affordability of the product. I most definitely recommend the Comfpack ankle wrap for foot pain relief.

Just what I needed!
This helped ease the swelling and pain of my heel spur the first time I used it. And I could move around with it on; no mess or hassle. My heel pain lessened much quicker than when I just did pt exercise, rest, and raising it.

Decent but could be better
This is a decent ice pack for the heel but could be better. I recently had achilles heel surgery and needed some cold therapy. This ankle wrap worked fairly well. However, it was too cold directly on the skin. If I wore a sock under it, it was not extremely effective. The ice pack also frosts over rather quickly. It would be better if they had some felt matterial on the plastic or a fabric sleeve.

Great for icing your ankle/heel
Well made product that works great. Simply put on a sock to prevent frost bite, and strap them on. Far easier than trying to balance an ice pack on your foot.

I had a fall and strained my ankle. This compress bootie froze well and remained flexible. Wraps comfortably around the entire ankle area. Straps are good length and quality. I have been using it on my other foot too (foot was jealous) as I suffer from plantar fasciitis and didnât have anything like this.. Iâll be ordering another one.As for sizing, this cold compress provides much needed relief from ankle to mid-foot (I wear size 9 shoes). I also really appreciated it came with a freezer bag!

Iâve used this as a cold pack. You have to wear thicker socks when wrapping this pack around your ankle. If not, icing the ankle will actually cause pain.

Ripped at the seams the first time I placed it on my ankle.UPDATE: The seller sent a replacement, new one appears to have much better stitching. The ice pack itself is great. Effortlessly ice your foot/ankle by strapping it on and relaxing on the couch.

This thing is awesome. I have an ATFL tear and a Deltoid injury so I need to be able to ice opposite sides of my ankle and the long rectangular icepack I bought just doesn’t quite cover without constantly moving back and forth to pain areas. I got this on a whim and it’s perfect. The shape of it wraps around the entire ankle and heel. The gel might’ve settled into one side when you first receive it (as mine had) but you can squeeze it back into even distribution easily and you may need to massage the rigidity out of it after the first freeze. There’s no fabric padding or anything so you’ll want to put a few extra fuzzy socks on or wrap your ankle in a towel, but the 360 coverage is amazing at cooling the whole ankle area. My only criticism is that the elastic band is super stretchy so it requires care to get it looped around tightly, but this doesn’t detract from it as far as I’m concerned. Recommended for any ankle or heel pain, less so for the arch or bridge of the foot.
