is exactly what you’d expect. makes ya sweat. I wear a 3xl so I ordered a 3xl. fits good and tight. but if you have big arms u may want to go up a size if possible. I have 20 inch arms and the sleeves are very tight.

Works, but runs super small and stitching sucksâ¦
Works fantastically to increase sweating and intensify workout. However⦠I wish I had ordered 2 sizes up from what I normally wear as this thing is super tight and was a struggle to put on, once on fits like a body condom. I normally wear large/Xl shirts so ordered an xl. Also after only 2 uses the threads at the seams are already starting to come undone in multiple places⦠it works but donât see this thing lasting very long

This shirt is nice, I have only been using it for 3 days.Initially, it was super tight but I noticed on the 3rd day it was easier to take on and off. It helps so much to maintain heat and make you sweaty, if youâre like me and struggle with the midsection or just want to have core temp. Up for workouts this is honestly a real good bang for your buck!I clean with soap and water after every use and air dry it.I got the 4XL, I am 6ft 325lbs.If you are a bigger person please just get two sizes up they do run small.Idk about durability but either way for the price Iâd buy again. Hope this helps!

Sizes too small
I donât know who extra large was targeted to, but definitely not for a guy of 200 pounds. I suggest you get with the three sizes up movements if you want a true extra large.

I absolutely love this device! I use it before and after working out.. before to stimulate the muscle and after to tone up. Has helped turn my normal routine up a notch. Would highly recommend trying this out! I built a tolerance over time and love the fact you can intensify the strength. Started at a 5 and am now using it at 9. Size is a good fit, is worth the price, can be cold when first using. Especially during these cold months but no big deal as easy to adjust to, easy to use. Overall, great purchase! Thanks 🙂

Iâm usually a medium in tops I would recommend get XXL if you are a medium overall good would be happy with it if it was a bigger size.

I bought the Small T Shirt and when waiting, I read the reviews to size up and thought it would be too small. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was too big. I looked the size guide online and, as I have a 29â waist, it would be big. I went to return it but couldnât find an equivalent available online which would have fitted. So, I wore it under a compression top and it worked well. Iâm disappointed that I couldnât get it in the correct size but workaround was very effective.

Amazing product, works so good !! sweating like crazy when I normally donât after a workout. I bought all three: shirts, shorts and stomach band. Sizes run small so be sure to check the chart, I had to return two and rebuy larger size and I am always a medium. So happy ! ð
