These last a lot longer than Damprid or other generic brands. They work really well in small spaces. I didn’t really notice much difference related to smell but they do soak up a lot of moisture.

Eliminated odor
I am currently living in a finished basement. The previous renter used a ton of different scented products to mask food and animal smells. After addressing what I could, I was not able to remove the lingering odor. After ordering this product, and spilling it immediately upon setting it down because of the size of the holes in the lid. I am happy with the results. Seemed pricey at first, but was definitely worth it!

Removed moisture
We use these in our camper. Keeps moisture out and the funky smell moister bring with it as well. They are lifesavers over the winter months and even during camping season.

I think it helps eliminate the smells in my closet (was extremely bed sneaking when we moved in no matter how I hard I cleaned them). This product is slow working so donât expect it to kick in until like two weeks later, but it does slowly pull the scent out and maintain a neutral smell.

Does Nothing
I bought this product after reading many reviews. Most of the reviews stated that the product could take up to 6 weeks to work. I have now used 2 over the course of 6 months and both of them have done absolutely nothing. They did not fill with water on the bottom, and the moisture and smell still exist in my basement. I’ll be throwing away the 3rd one and not purchasing these ever again. I do not recommend.

Disappointing
I wanted a fragrance-free product, so I went with baking soda. It absorbed the moisture in the closet but did nothing for the musty, moldy smell, and that was just as important to me. Also, it didn’t seem to last all that long, before needing to be changed. I ultimately bought a small dehumidifier, which does a fantastic job. (Lonxfy 36-0z. dehumidifier, bought on Amazon.
