Works great and stayed in place!
Our family is very active and we do a lot of outdoor activities. Never tried dirt tape before, but we love it! Very sticky, even stayed on my husbandâs arm for three days. Worth every penny!

Worth a try
I injured my ribs and thought I’d give this a try after reading some reviews. I am apparently sensitive to the adhesive cause I itch after half a day ware. Overall it was helpful since I went back to work 5 days after I fell on a bolder rock. My injury was on the left side and so I stretched it to my back side of the pain. I also had to change the way I picked packages up and how I laid. Is worth the try. I couldn’t get more than 1/2 day use since I have sensitive skin. I use it on my upper arm and stretch it towards my neck and I also use it on my lower back and my knee. Not always at the same time but I have at lease once. It has helped.

I like dirt tape. Even though there are other companies that make pain relief tape, but dirt tape product seem to stick better and hold longer to the skin on where you are experiencing pain. I recommend it to everyone if you are experiencing muscle and joint pain.

Product did not stick to skin. I washed knee and cleaned with alcohol. Also, very thin.
