Good, durable mat
I have been using this for martial arts and QiGong workouts. The mat is decently thick, firm, and prevents foot slippage. It comes with straps and a carrying bag but it is on the heavy side(rubber not foam) so it is probably better suited to at home use.

Perfect size and durable!
This mat has been used daily. We love the size and the durability so far. We also like how itâs not too spongy like some materials. Itâs soft enough for holding planks yet firm enough to do burpees and squats.

Size matters
Mine was about a half a foot shorter and half a foot narrower than described and that matters. It is very easy to like it because your feet grip it 100%. No slipping and feels very stable doing reverse lunges or any low impact stuff or any style of squats without heavy weights. Definitely like it. I have indoor dogs and some gets on the mat but dog hair and light debris falls right off when you roll it up, itâs got no static cling.. if it were the correct size I would give it 5 stars easily but it wasnât and I think that it matters. Its âgoodnuffâ that the hassle of returning it overshadows just taking shorter steps..like it..but I donât love it

This Mat is great.
Protects your floors in your home gym! Get it! Cleans easy. Pretty durable. Not very thick. Hard part with assembly is moving cardio equipment out of way and back on it. The size was perfect for my room. (I think I got 6×12â). Highly recommend!

Great padding in a basement workout area
I actually bought this to put under my dog’s bedding while he was recovering from surgery, to soften things for him. But once he didn’t need it, I took it downstairs to my workout area, and I fell in love with it. I didn’t even know I needed a workout mat like this. I have a more heavily padded one that is great for floor exercises, but that one isn’t suitable for walking or any standing exercises. This one is. It provides padding and makes the floor surprisingly comfortable and user friendly. I don’t keep it down, but roll it up after every use, because I want it to stay nice. It rolls up fairly well. I would not attempt to get it back into the bag it came in, but really there’s no need. When I want it, I just unroll it. It’s a perfect size, big but not too big. Now when I go to work out, the first thing I do is put this mat down.The only downside, and this is not a flaw of the mat but still something to be aware of, is that it does move around a bit, at least on the very thin basement carpeting I have. Not anything that makes things unsafe, but I will just notice that every so often I have to adjust its position because my movements have made it slide over. If I kept it down all the time, I would probably look for something to help hold it in place. But this is a small thing and, again, not a flaw. I love this product and am so glad to have it. Highly recommend for workout enthusiasts.

My kid and I roll around doing jujitsu on this. Itâs not the smoothest, there are tiny bums that prevent slipping and can irritate soft knees. Easy to roll up and put away, very convenient to move with. Weâve thrown it in the car and take it to the park for outdoor jujitsu rolls. Works great.

Ottimo imballo.Sono comprese cinghie per tenere il materasso arrotolato, custodia in cui riporlo, panno grande per pulirlo (con nastro per appenderlo attaccato con un bottoncino, che ha lasciato il segno⦠ð, credo si toglierà â¦).Il materasso è spesso, fornisce un buon attrito con il pavimento (piastrelle simil cotto, nel mio caso).Ammortizza i salti, attenua i rumori dei passi.Non attenua i rumori della corda. Proveremo con un tappetino aggiuntivo da metterci sopra.Di dimensioni grandi per saltarci a corda e muoversi liberamente durante la ginnastica aerobica, per fare gli esercizi a terra senza mai toccare il pavimento freddo.Per il momento molto soddisfatti dellâacquisto. Resta da vedere la resistenza allâusura, che eventualmente commenteremo in seguito.Pessime le tempistiche di spedizione, già valutate in separata sede, per cui non mi sento di togliere stelle allâoggetto in sé.Comprato il 21, arrivo previsto il 2 dalle 8 alle 20. Richiesta presenza in casa perché il pacco è ingombrante. Alle 8:33 del 2 arriva una email con cambio consegna, il 5. Tutto il 5, lâapp di amazon mi da per certo lâarrivo in giornata. Senza nessun aggiornamento via email, il pacco non arriva. Email del corriere il 6, dopo le 10, con comunicazione di consegna il giorno stesso.
