Two-part product: Liquid and pill
This comes in individually packages pairs of a liquid component and pill component. The idea being you take the pills with the liquid provided. The liquid tastes âfamiliarâ but I canât place it. It doesnât taste bad, but has a sweetness to it that might be overpowering for some. I did not experience any negative effects from taking this supplement, but I do think the positive effects are subjective to the user and their body/system. Quality and packaging-wise this is top notch.

helped me before a night of drinking
since this is a milk thistle supplement, my plan was always to use it the day of and day after a night of drinking. a few months ago, i drastically cut down my daily drinking, so my tolerance is a lot lower. i still enjoy the occasional night out where i have 4+ drinks, but the last time i did this after my cutback, i was feeling miserable.a few nights ago, i had this right before going out. i had 5+ drinks over 4 hours on my 130lb frame. i felt fine the next day, just a little sleepy because i didn’t get much sleep. so i’m feeling like this really helped with it.the way this is packaged is so cute and convenient. i was hoping it was a plastic lid on the top so that i could reuse it for other on-the-go medicine taking, but unfortunately it’s not reusable.the liquid supplement itself is tasty! i was expecting it to have some weird aftertaste because it’s so concentrated, but this is one of those supplements that made me go “yum!” afterwards.

Sweet syrupy drink that leaves very strong after taste
I can’t really speak for the health effects of this product since it’s not something I can feel. That said, the syrup from the bottle is pretty sweet. It does have a very strong taste to it. The closest thing I can relate the taste to is super concentrated grapefruit taste. The after taste will linger for a long time, which I didn’t enjoy.

Interesting Product
This product comes with liquid and “regular” supplements and together they’re supposed to be good for the liver. I did not like the liquid — it tasted too strong and sweet for my liking. Overall, I can tell this is a high-quality product but I am just not sure it’s for me.

I like the convenient packaging with this combination pill and liquid daily vitamin set. It comes with two small pills in a small container on the top of the small liquid shot. It’s really easy to take, and I like that the pills are on the smaller size because I have a hard time getting down larger capsulesThis contains a nice mix of vitamins, as well as milk thistle and Rhodiola for a good daily mix of nutrients. It’s not clear which ingredients are in the pills and which are in the liquid. The taste isn’t bad. It’s a little sweeter than I would like, but it only contains 4g sugar. I have been taking it as a shot, but it would also work well mixed in water or other juiceThis comes with a 10 day supply which is nice for getting a boost, but it’s a little expensive as a daily supplement every day since it would take three of these boxes to get through a month. This is something I would probably supplement with when I start to get the sniffles

Good quality supplement
This is an interesting way to take your supplements, with two little pills packaged with every shot of liquid. It was easy to take with no unpleasant smell or aftertaste. The liquid itself was actually pretty yummy. This is a good option if you are getting a bit under the weather for an immune boost. Recommend, I hope that this helps.

WZBIO Optima Vital – A Liquid Hit of Vitamins
Well this 10 pack packs a punch of vitamins and herbs. However, there’s a little information missing. While there is a list of ingredients on the box I still don’t know what’s in the capsules which I would expect to be listed separately. The directions are clear on how to take it but are lacking on the when to take it. The listing applies whenever you need a pick me up or daily or feel tired. However, I think this will make a great hangover cure but I’m not likely to test that any time soon.Overall, the taste is ok, I don’t mind that it has a little sugar, it’s only 4 grams, with only one of those being added. It does clear my head but due to the cost, I will use this on an as needed basis especially if I’m feeling run down. Maybe it’s Korea’s answer to energy drinks so the price would be comparable. If so this would be a very healthy option without caffeine.
