It is worth the money!
To avoid muscular accommodation, which is when muscular endurance, size, and strength gains stop if you do the same exercises with the same loads and with the same exercise tools too long, you should rotate exercises or at least do them with different exercise tools.The Tribe WOD Dark Elf Hybrid Dumbbell is a different exercise tool.It provides a different kind of muscular overload than dumbbells, kettlebells, or barbells, which is why I bought a pair of 35 lb Tribe WOD Dark Elf Hybrid Dumbbells.If I had to do it all over again, I would.

This company makes great products but this is a disappointment getting only 1 of these for the price when it’s very heavily advertised and in the description as 2. Would definitely like this fixed as it’s not intentional and for those without the money it’s a big hit to realize they are stuck with less.

Nice, but disappointed. Quality control issues
I ordered a pair or 10s and 25s. Shipping was quicker than expected. Unboxed the 10s and they look great. Packaging was on point, I doubt these things ever get damaged during shipping.Unboxed the 25s and put them down together and noticed they are slightly different dimensions. One is about 1/16 taller and narrower than the other one. Tossed them on the scale and there is about a .3-.4 lb difference between the two. The larger of the two has some machining marks on the sides and the handle isn’t as smooth.It feels like these came from two different batches of production. While the complaints are minimal it is disappointing to see this when it’s a $150 pair of weights.On the plus side, the 25s are slightly different than some other center mass dumbbells I’ve used that have a second opening at the bottom (like the 10s do). Having a solid bottom keeps more of the weight off the hand and out in front of you. This was great at changing the strength curve on multiple exercises.

Truth be told after having these for 3days i was initially going to write a 3star review… after having these for 1month there not enough stars i can give this…When I got these i was just like dumbells are cheaper tried an tested but seriously as much as you can do the same exercises I find these way more comfortable and versitile – exercise like ‘Farmers walk’ i alway found the dumbells would knock into my thighs but where these are solid an flat i dont get that issue. Durable great quailty i havent marked them yet and they havent marked my wooden floor. They’re a great size and when i had an issue with a delivery which was i ordered 2 x 35lbs and got 1×35 & 1×16 the 16 even tho smaller where still very comforable and I now plan on getting 2x16lbs.I was looking at getting some ‘Rouge Thompson fatbells’ initailly but when i saw the price of these i went for it and they havent dissapointed maybe in the distant future I’ll get the fatbells as a flex but nah these are superb – Absolutly Amazing.Cons are: Dumbells are cheaper. Cant do all exercise dumbells can like tricep extensions comfortably (well i cant maybe lighter weight is possible). Due to hand grips being in there are few restrictions but non an experinced gym goer couldnt overcome.Only cons.I feel so fit and strong after purchasing these. I look at them and I have tonpick em up my old DB colletion never made me feel that way.Worth the money in my opinion.

Please be aware.The dumbbell is very well made. Here’s the catch, most of the pictures and advertising show two dumbbells, all the exercises show two dumbbells, you areonly getting one dumbbell at a massive price.
