Easy adjustments and very good support.
I wrote a different review for a version that cost less than $20 and I can tell you that this one is much much better. The adjustability of this item is probably the best feature. Not only that, but they are easy to do, no reaching behind your back or over your shoulders. That is key because this is marketed as a back support and posture corrector. Most posture correctors are a pain to adjust. This is not.The rigid bars in the lower back portion are nice and firm. The material is soft and breathable and the velcro sticks to it well. The shoulder straps are wide and padded, so they don’t dig in. While it is only recommended to wear a posture corrector for a short time when you first start, I wore it for a full work day, since I have some experience. I found it about as comfortable as a thing such as this could be. My chair posture is awful and this did help prevent me from slumping. For under $30, I would recommend.

I was Leary about ordering this back brace, as my last ordered back brace was a complete flop and disappointment. I got the medium as I was worried about sizing being off, but it was a true medium and Iâd have been fine ordering true to size. This one still fit me well as the adjustment velcro is very broad range, so I just did it as tight as it went. The material is great! Very soft and flexible. The Velcro is the softer kind, so no catching it on clothing or skin with pain. Itâs very comfortable to wear throughout the day and Iâm very happy with the product. Itâs so far serving its purpose as a reminder to me to keep my posture better throughout the day. I will keep trying to wear it off and on for work or around home and see if it continues to hold up. Very impressed with this brace so far.

Great back support!
I love everything about this back and posture corrector brace! It has worked great for my spine and shoulder posture. I was constantly dealing with discomfort in my shoulders and lower back from sitting at the computer for long hours. But as soon as I adjusted the brace to my size, I felt immediate relief and noticed a significant improvement in my posture. Itâs really comfortable to wear and easy to adjust to fit your needs. The brace fits snugly around the waist and stays in place without sliding up.Â

Not for continuous use
The straps around the shoulders are pretty great with this, helps keep the shoulders back. Be advised, it does state to wear for only about 30 minutes at a time, so if you were getting this in hopes of wearing it at the office to keep yourself from slouching like I was, this isn’t the product for that. This product aims more to train you to keep your back straight over time with short intervals. I wouldn’t say it’s comfortable, but also a posture corrector really shouldn’t be. It wasn’t uncomfortable, which is more important. There was no pain in using it, only the slight discomfort expected with stretching the back. I will say, in the couple weeks I’ve had it, while I enjoy how straight it gets my back while wearing it, I have not personally seen any lasting effects. It may just be too soon to tell! Posture corrector
Fits well and matches sizing on the listing page’s size chart. It does a good job of pulling your shoulders back and keeping your upper body straight. I wore it for a couple of hours during computer work, which is probably where I have the worst posture. I cannot say how well this will improve my posture just yet, but my understanding of the instructions indicates about three weeks of usage. The instructions also indicated to start with about 30 minutes to prevent soreness and uncomfortableness; I used it for a few hours with no issue, but my posture is probably not that bad and I am regularly physically active. I am going to keep using this produce as it feels pretty good during use.

This back brace is very useful for correcting upper body posture. I bought it for my daughter because she hunches her back and slumps her shoulders when she sits in front of the computer, and this brace helps her correct her sitting posture and prevents hunching. The fabric is comfortable and breathable, the quality is great, and it is easy to put on and adjust. This is a great back support posture corrector!
