Solid. I get the feeling the door will rip off the hinges before this devise fails. Worth the money for travelers especially. Lightweight.

It’s very large!
But it works. You just won’t be able to comfortably close the door when it’s mounted, as the label is sewn on the spot where the door meets the frame, and it’s thick. Super sturdy and strong, you could easily hang all your body weight from it if the door is well installed. I had a smaller one and wanted two more so as to not have to walk behind the door every time I switched exercises. Good purchase.

Seems a little pricey
It’s a nylon strap loop and a foam-rubber wheel. It works, holds the elastic bands so I can work my shoulders (therapy). Maybe I can’t find too many nice things to say because every time I use it, my shoulders hurt. That’s not the fault of this gizmo….Still, I could have used a 2-foot chunk of old nylon strap and punched a hole in a used tennis ball. So yeah, it works. But it seems a little pricey.
