Cooperation at its best!
Fun and motivating hit. I have a cat and a dog. It was for the cat but she couldn’t own the slots at first. The dog showed her how, lol. Then she showed the dog how to push on the top to release the treats. Teamwork makes the dream work, lol!

Enrichment, slow feeder, but not really a nail file win
I bought this for my boyfriendâs small dog that is awful with nail trims, but he will not use the actual scratcher part. My large dog that loves spa days and her nails done loves to play with it. It can entertain her for a while (20-30 mins at a time), and I can fill it with her kibble and a few training tests mixed in, and she likes it better than many of the other enrichment puzzles we have used. So, for its nail filing purpose, I canât comment on, as neither dog uses their nails on the scratch pad. But, itâs a fun way to use it as a slow feeder or enrichment tool!

My Shibas LOVE this puzzle / slow feeder.
My Shiba loves this puzzle. I put the sandpaper on the top to help with nail grooming. Hope it works. The sticky pad to keep in in place works. It doesnât adhere permanently which is great. Nice design.

Several potential tools in one for a great price
This puzzle-filer-feeder is working out great for us.We had already taught our pup the âtouchâ command by having him touch our hands to get us to release the treat we had in our fist. So to file his front paws (excluding the front dew claw), we are taking the plastic âlidâ with the nail file pad off the puzzle and putting a treat under and telling him to touch. The only problem we had was heâs right-pawed, so weâre having to train âtouch-leftâ but heâs learning it pretty fast. This did definitely smooth out and shorten his nails (his right is currently shorter than his left, so itâs a bit obvious). He will obviously still need clipping, especially on the back paws, but this makes the nails he uses to play with us a lot smoother in a way thatâs fun for him and prevents accidental scrapes and extends time between having to take him in.Itâs not much of a puzzle, really, but our guy really doesnât like to eat unless heâs also being entertained, so this is a fun addition to our various snuffle balls/mats/treat machines. We just put his kibble in and push the button and he takes his time going around and opening the doors to eat.I love that it comes with so many replacement pads, though I wonder how hard itâs going to be to remove one and replace it, or if theyâre going to be weird to work with once thereâs a stack of them? Our normal soft treats didnât work in the feeder, they just donât roll down the chutes, but kibble went fine, and like I said, weâre using the filer separate from the rest of the puzzle so we can still high value treat for his nails.I initially thought about cutting up some of the scratch pads and putting them on the doors since he scratches at them sometimes before using his nose to open them, but then I saw the door almost poke him in the eye, and yeah, no. Maybe something to catch the door open a bit once they get it up there would be nice? The set comes with a replacement door and some blockers to limit which tunnels are available for the food, a lot of replacement scratch pads, and adhesive pads to stick this to either hard floor or carpet, but we arenât using either of those (he weighs 13 pounds, heâs not going to be able to flip it over as far as I can tell).

Enjoying level one (so far)
I got this toy for my small, food-motivated dog. She has multiple toys – treat dispensing balls, snuffle mats, lick mats and puzzles where she has to slide things around to get the treats. But this toy would present a new challenge. The first time I put it down, she kept swinging her paws, trying to slide compartments open. She got more and more energetic with her paws, but no treats! I sat with her and gave her some help. I lifted a lid partially so she could see how it moved. She started to use her nose to open the compartment, but she didn’t grasp right away that the same technique would work on every compartment. More furious paws slapping around. I gave her a few more “hints” and she was finally able to get all the treats. The second time I gave her the toy, she was able to get the treats without any help, but there was still a lot of paw action going on. Today, she got all the treats, knowing to use her snout to open the compartments. I am pretty sure she mastered level 1. Level 2 will be interesting – she’ll have to press down on the center with enough force to dispense the treats into the compartments. This could be challenging for a pup who weighs less than 15 pounds, but we’ll see what happens.

Interactive, but slightly noisy
Our dogs love this puzzle. It keeps them occupied and provides them with a little treat. It helps them exercise their brains. The only down side is this is quiet noisy.

I recently purchased the ClariVory Interactive Dog Toys set, which includes a slow feeder dog bowl, a dog nail file, and a dog puzzle for mental stimulation. As a dog owner whoâs always looking for ways to keep my furry friend entertained and engaged, Iâm really impressed by this collection! Here’s my breakdown of each product:1. Slow Feeder Dog Bowl:The slow feeder bowl is an excellent addition to mealtime. My dog tends to eat way too quickly, which can cause indigestion or discomfort. This bowl slows him down by creating obstacles for him to work through while eating. Itâs made of durable, non-slip material, which keeps it in place even during enthusiastic mealtimes. Plus, the design is fun and colorful, making it visually appealing and practical. Iâve noticed that my dog seems to enjoy eating more slowly, and it helps prevent any bloating or discomfort.2. Dog Nail File:The dog nail file is surprisingly effective and gentle! Itâs a great alternative to traditional nail clippers and works well for keeping my dog’s nails trimmed without causing any stress or discomfort. Itâs easy to use and doesnât make a loud noise like electric nail grinders, which is great for sensitive dogs. My dog doesnât mind the process as much as when I use clippers, which makes grooming a much smoother experience. The file itself is well-made and comfortable to hold.3. Dog Puzzle for Mental Stimulation:The dog puzzle is hands down my favorite part of this set. Itâs an excellent way to keep my dog mentally engaged, especially when Iâm busy and canât give him constant attention. The puzzle is designed to hide treats, and my dog has to figure out how to move the pieces around to access the rewards. Itâs challenging enough to keep him occupied for a good amount of time, but not so difficult that he gets frustrated. Itâs a great way to burn off excess energy and promote problem-solving skills. Iâve noticed my dogâs focus and confidence have improved since using it.Quality & Durability:Each of the items in the ClariVory set is well-constructed and made from high-quality materials. The slow feeder bowl is sturdy and dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. The nail file is gentle but effective, and the puzzle toy is durable enough to withstand my dogâs excited pawing and chewing.

I’ve got a dog who doesnât get conventional treatsâjust vet-approved pieces of veg or fruit (he has a sensitive digestive system). I tuck his carrot, apple, or green bean into the compartments, and he loves it. I like that it’s interactive and allows for adjustable challenge levels, which helps with mental stimulation. It’s well-made, easy to clean, and so far, itâs doing exactly what I wanted.I’m very interested in the nail file feature as a result of swiping and hoping it acts as an emery board.A friend who does dog sitting gets a different dog each week from the service she works for, and naturally, they come with their own unique personalities, trying to acclimate to new surroundings while missing their owners and this can exhibit through pacing, panting, barking, whining, and general separation anxiety. She always says how food-motivated they are, and I thought this toy could be an excellent diversion to help channel their angst and calm them down & same for those who foster dogs. One suggestion for the manufacturer (or not ð): A yellow or blue version would be great. Dogs see those colours best, making the toy easier to spot and engage with.I’m satisfied with this toy and see it being a great help to those markets I mentioned. I recommend it.

For the life of me, I could not get my corgi to care about this toy/slow feeder. I mostly bought this because of the nail-sanding paper on the top to try and help with her nails, but again, she didn’t much care. So – obviously, not the toy’s fault. However, it comes mostly assembled and there’s just a few pieces you need to stick on. There’s even a few stickers for if you’re putting it on carpet or hardwood, so it will stick properly to your floor. It’s very easy to fill and refill. We we using Blue Buffalo kibble and we had no issues with it clogging the toy. Also arrived very quickly and was well packaged.

This slow feeder from ‘ClariVora’ is good for our fast growing puppy. He is a eating machine, just chows down fast large quantities of feed, and gaining weight too much too fast. He is a very active and intelligent dog and gets bored if he has nothing to do.This feeder allows him to think and feed at the same time. The feeder is quite simple in design. A central pellet storage feeds limited amounts of the pellets into 8 chutes. Each chute is covered with a lid. The dog has learn to lift the lid. When all 8 chutes are empty, he has to learn to refill the chutes by paw pressing the central storage. The feeder comes with stick-ons for stability on hard floor or carpet. There is a separate rough stick-on for grinding the dog’s nails when he pushes on the central storage box. But I am not optimistic that it will grind down the nails very much.Ours is a boisterous mid size dog. I cannot predict how long this all-plastic feeder will last.
