Decent pre workout for the price point.
Iâve used all kinds of pre workout and supplements for the gym the last 20 years or so. They all do about the same thing.. bit of tingles, some energy. Some have more tingles and jitters than others. I personally like that because it really makes me move heavy stuff and not lack on cardio,This preworkout tasted decent (watermelon) and mixed well. I donât notice any jitters or super elevated heart rate like others. Some also help me sweat more; which I like. This one has not had that effect on me. Itâs a very good, mild pre workout that tastes great, but if youâre looking for a full throttle, hardcore pre workout to make you run through walls, this one isnât necessarily that, But itâs a very good price and I can appreciate a more moderate Burst of energy.

Before I go to daily gym sessions, I used to drink one energy can drink. I’d go to three supermarkets to see which one had the biggest sale for a can of Monster. And monster it was, because it destroyed a lot of time and my bank balance.Maybe I’m an addict, but what’s more important is that I need it to survive in the gym, making the biggest gains in my neighborhood Planet Fitness. I needed to let every suburban housewife and househusband know that this unemployed man, aged approximately in the twenties, works harder than every single one of them combined. But the cost of energy drinks were piling up, and I had to think if I should buy a can of monster, or feel like a loser.Enter this pre-workout. The first time I had it, it made my body parts twitchy, but the second time it didn’t feel like that at all. It was “twitchy” enough that I felt it seeping through my body, but not enough for me to feel uncomfortable.Honestly, the ingredients are not something I’m extremely familiar with, and quite frankly the performance “gains” people can get from pre-workout is very small, even if you get the best and the most expensive. Research papers are only show a little percentage of gains, so what’s more important is that you stay going to the gym, and work harder than the last time. And these bad boys from C4 definitely does.It tastes like the real canned C4’s, and it costed me about 23 dollars for 30 servings. That meant that I didn’t have to spend 3 dollars a day, or 90 dollars for the same amount, saving me 67 dollars. That’s a huge difference for a person like myself. That cost alone would have led me to give this company the well-esteemed five star rating, but what was even better was that these things did not give me the worst crash or brainfog that other energy drinks did for me.Overall, I highly recommend this, because it works for me. If you’re a beginner, get something that makes you pumped (pun intended) and excited to go to the gym. Forget the ingredients (except for caffeine), because if you really think you need the ingredients, it’s best to get them separately, and fine tune each ingredient for your body type.

I’ve been using C4 for 2 years now. I drink this stuff almost everyday whether I’m working out or just need some quick caffeine. If you haven’t used pre-workout before, then be aware IT WILL MAKE YOUR SKIN TINGLE. I personally love the feeling of my skin tingling all over, it makes me feel like I can’t sit still and have do go do something. The first time I tried it, I immediately went outside and started doing yardwork. In the midst of a depressive episode where it was hard to even get out of bed, this stuff helped me get in shape, clean my house, and get a job.I have tried other pre-workouts over the years, but none of them are as affordable, mix as well, or give me the same tingles as C4. A container of this lasts me about a month, so it comes out to roughly $0.66 per day, which is way better than buying cans of energy drinks (~$3 per day which is almost $100 a month)
