Yummy Acid Reflux Recipes Galore!
I purchased The Complete Acid Reflux Diet Cookbook because anything that I ate was causing LPR symptoms. Even intermittent fasting wasnât working. This book comes with lots of recipes for each mealtime and snacks. Thereâs a link at the back of the book where you can get a free 60-day meal plan. Bonus! The author clearly explains symptoms and causes of the different kinds of reflux, the four stages of GERD, and how reflux is related to asthma and coughing. She goes into what changes need to happen to bring symptoms under control, and so much more. This was an easy read. I learned so much! Iâm beyond happy about purchasing this book.Highly recommend!

Great, simple recipes. No exotic or Asian foods.
I loved the simple, basic recipes, with no exotic or Asian recipes. The author had a very comprehensive list of foods to avoid and what basic foods to eat. The cookbook was affordable, too. She had a section explaining what reflux was and how certain triggers affect acid reflux

Lots of info on Gerd and LPR and tasty recipes.
You can contact her too to get free info which is helpful. There is useful info in the cookbook too that explains Gerd vs LPRD. We have tried a few recipes already and they are very good and tasty. The banana oat cookies and some smoothies so far. We are going to try some chicken and sweet potato recipes soon. I would recommend this cookbook for good info and recipes.

A clear explanation of Acid Reflux and its causes
The author clearly explains the science of acid reflux. She clearly explains the symptoms and causes, along with the four stages of GERD. There is also a list of foods to avoid and those that manage GERD symptoms. The acidic PH tables was particularly. There are recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’ve tried several of them and have noy been disappointed. I highly recommend this book for anyone that has been diagnosed with Acid Reflux.

Ease acid reflux
I have several loved ones suffer with some form of acid reflux. This book has given me some great information and yummy recipes. The beginning of the book is where the reader gets info on acid reflux. This includes the stages and how it develops and what triggers it. There is info on foods that are not great for reflux and foods that help. Then we get into the recipes. They include the ingredients the author discussed earlier and are explained well. There is also a 60 day meal plan organized for you.

Appreciated the clear descriptions of GERD and LPR, causes, mitigation strategies, recipes and the meal plan. A very neat package that offers a ton of understanding for GERD/LPR. Symptoms make total sense now. Does this without making things too daunting to follow.Appreciate that it just takes a few tweaks of my Mediterranean diet to improve things. Other suggestions ie raised bedhead/wedge pillow etc are also helpful. The menu plan makes it so easy⦠no decisions, easy to plan shopping etc and meals look like they are easy to prepare and quick. Get this book if you are struggling with reflux. It will really help you figure it all out! My thanks to the author!

Having looked at a variety of different books on the subject, I was really impressed with the content of this book, that provide both the background to the causes of reflux, the pH of different foods and a comprehensive list of foods to avoid and those to include in the diet. Not only that, but there are many recipes provided as well, which are helpfully separated into the different courses; starters, mains and desserts. The bonus content provides an outstanding amount of additional information; both well-researched and well-written.In combination with the book, all this information is a really comprehensive and trustworthy resource and immensely helpful for overcoming the problems of acid reflux.

I liked the recipes as they were quick and easy to make and settled my reflux symptoms. The book has great tips on reducing reflux

Not for me, all recipes very bland and nothing you would not think to put together yourself. Mostly basic one grilled protein with veg and a rice, quinoa or potato portion. No innovation here! Have now bought two books written by doctor on changing your diet to heal from acid reflux with much more imaginate recipes and very good medical advice.Would no recommend.
