BEST FORM of B12
Methylcobalamin is the best and safest form of B12 to take. Please do your research, I will not take the other. And THORNE is rated as the best of the best in purity. It is only slightly more expensive per capsule. My thinking is to get quality in everything and avoid regret or replacement.

No taste, does what it is supposed to do. (Vegetarian here & my levels were low, taking on Dr orders!) Itâs on auto delivery and it was sent late so I had to go without it for a couple days

Excellent supplement
This supplement has been working extremely well. The proof is in my blood test which are excellent improving my results. The pill is easy to swallow without any after taste. It didnât help my mood or sleep quality but Iâm not taking it for those things. It is more expensive than most but has better ingredients.
