Disclaimer: I’ve been using this product for less than a month, so I can’t yet comment on its long-term durability.I was pleasantly surprised by how exceptionally sharp these nail clippers areâfar sharper than the last expensive pair I purchased, which, disappointingly, didnât even include a grinder. These clippers make precise, clean cuts with minimal effort, reducing the risk of splintering or crushing the nail, which Iâve experienced with lower-quality clippers in the past.The included grinder is an absolute game-changer. It operates extremely quietly, which is a huge plus for pets that are skittish about loud noises. The built-in light is a fantastic feature, allowing me to see the nail clearly and avoid cutting too close to the quick. It does take a little practice to figure out the best way to angle the grinder and smoothly shape the nails, but once I got the hang of it, the process was much easier.I was able to round and smooth out my dog’s claws beautifully, giving them a gentle, polished finish rather than the sharp edges that sometimes result from clipping alone. A very nice nail care set for pets!
We loved this nail care set for our pug puppy! Especially the grinder- she was scared of nail clippers in sight before she ever even had her nails trimmed, so we needed an alternative. The grinder fit the bill! She still was a little unsure of it (ie the side eyeing in the video attached) but it worked quickly and well, and she liked it alright! It made her a lot calmer than the clippers at least lol. It was sorta noisy but not so loud you couldnât talk or it would scare her. It was easy to use and stores the hole set nicely in the box. Not too heavy, but weighty enough to feel quality. Would definitely recommend!

Grinder is quiet, comfortable to hold and work around nail
The grinder works very nicely on my Jack Terrierâs nails and he is calmer than with any other grinder we have used. We have used this for only a short time so I donât know how long it will last. For now we are both happy with how quietly and smoothly it runs.My only complaint is with the nail clipper. It literally came apart the first time I opened it. I put the spring back in and managed to put the rest back together. Sharp blade-it cuts without squeezing the nail. However I have to put the pieces back together after each cut. Disapointing.

Charge lasts, light is more helpful then you would think
My 10 year Yorkie hated clipping nails, would “pray” when I got the clipper… This thing is great, he tolerates it much better, he doesn’t pull away. I have not used the clipper included. It’s not loud, not a lot of vibration. It takes some coordination to get the hang of. Use a towel on your lap for dust…. Don’t let it heat up.. take breaks, use treats

Worth it!
The first one I received, the charger did not work. I contacted customer service and they replaced it instantly, no questions asked. It arrived quickly, within two days of messaging customer service. Nail trimmer works great. Makes life so much easier keeping my dogs nails trimmed. My dogs are sensitive to people touching their paws and this does not bother them at all, thank goodness. I love that it also comes with an extra grinding wheel. Definitely worth the price and will save me money, time and stress having to take my pets in to have their nails clipped.

The nail grinder for dogs was securely packaged and delivered very quickly, as is typical for Amazon. Thank you for the great service and for letting me use the product for testing purposes.The nail grinder itself is of good to very good quality and is designed to do its job for many years. Replacement grinding heads are not offered by the seller here, which I personally find a shame, since the grinding attachments can be replaced anyway and because of the sustainability.To get our dog used to the new device, I followed the instructions step by step and although our dog is rather timid, she actually let me do one paw with the grinder. I used the pre-assembled “coarse grinding attachment” and the nails were very easy to trim.Because the grinding stones have a recess, the nails do not slip away when grinding, which I really liked. I ground the first two nails with the plastic attachment and the rest of the paw without the ring attachment.Both variants work very well if you hold the nail to be ground firmly with your fingers, which also reduces the vibration in the nail somewhat. (more comfortable for the animal)What should also be mentioned is that the claw grinder can be charged and used at the same time. This is a very practical function if you forget to fully charge the battery and need a little longer to grind.As with so many things in life, the saying applies here…”There is strength in calmness” and if you radiate calmness when grinding, the animal will not become restless and less anxious.ConclusionThe electric grinder is very large and easy to hold and is very easy to use. The LED lighting (2 LED lights) is helpful in poor lighting conditions and can be switched on separately.The risk of injury when grinding is extremely small if the grinder is used correctly. (pay attention to life in the claw)I can recommend the grinder set with a clear conscience, but I deduct one star for the poor workmanship of the claw scissors (grinding). The nail grinder is one of the quietest devices I have ever tried – great.That gives the product a well-deserved 4/5 stars.

It’s been a few months since I’ve used this as I didn’t want to write a review while my dog was still a little unsure of it.But after some training, I can honestly say that I enjoy this product far more than I thought I would. I am always skeptical on buying clippers because my previous ones are a little weak, so having clippers come in a pack that were durable enough to clip my dog’s nails was a very nice surprise.Everything is easy to use, the grinder has several modes and it holds a LOT of battery charge to it. I only charged it once in the several months of use and its still going strong so far. I haven’t yet had to change the grinding nub and it does a very good job on getting my dogs nails down to a length I like.The only suggestion, which isn’t even a concern, is having some kind of guard on the grinder that could trap the dust without hindering the way an individual has to grind their dog’s nails.Overall, I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to others.

The fact that this product comes with the nail clippers is a great value for money. I bought the dual package. Nail clipper is as expected, sturdy and good size for medium to large dog size. The grinder comes with a spare, has a protective shield (though can be removed and used without), and is soft enough in sound to not scare my husky x GSD mix. It charges fast and doesn’t drain the battery to quick (have not even had to charge it yet after couple uses on different dogs) even if you use the added light function. All round great product and would recommend for dog lovers alike.
