Works great, until it doesnât
This is a great product that I use when I wake up at 3AM and canât go back to sleep. It helps calm my mind and allows me to go back to sleep. However, after some time (a couple of years), it starts to have the opposite effect. So, take it until your body tells you enough. Then take a break.

I started buying these as a replacement for the Target house brand and I vastly prefer them because they arenât sickly sweet, more of a tart berry blend. They work well for me, and I can take them under an hour before bedtime since they dissolve.
