good workout tool
I have both level 4 and level 5 bands and will say upfront these are not easy to use. you will get a good workout with these as the bands are well designed and I believe will last a long time. I have only had them for a short time but am adding to my workout routine. you need to go to the website to get some exercises to do with these and those might be better done via video but the site is helpful. I would say it might have been smarter for me to start with level 3 as level 4 is plenty difficult and level 5 I am not ready for yet

Honestley this band is really heavy duty Iâm not sure what the amount of tension is but its definitely enough to get a good workout I highly recommend these if your looking for one of these.

My go-to — reordered after 14 years
I had one of these for 14 years and it never broke. The only reason I had to order a new one was because the outer latex or rubber started breaking down into powder!!! Unreal. LOVE these.
