Wow they work
For me these are powerful. I took 1 and slept real hard . I was very groggy. Then I took 1/2 -used a pill splitter. Was a lot better still a little woozy . Drank a cup of coffee. Effects wore off in 1/2 hr. Now I take 1/4 and wake up well rested no after affects. I know not everyone is the same.
