Exercise Mat
Love the mat especially for the workout markings that I use with my ab roller. I placed it on top of a really thick mat for which as an older heavy set person I need. Looks great in my home gym.

Nice mat for yoga / pilate for hardfloor or rubber gym mats !
If you are someone who does ab roll or yoga / pilates etc on hard floors or gym rubber or foam mats you know how uncomfortable it feels at times to perform on hard surfaces but surely how annoying it feels when synthetic EVA foam touches your skin directly. This mat solves for both and more .Its designed to be cushy with 7mm thickness with nice soft fabric feel so while jumping not only it saves your knees but also reduces noise. Has a good anti-slip backing. I can use it for rope jumping. No annoying smell or folded edge right after opening. Comes with a mesh bag to pack after use and keep proper aeration to dry out sweat preventing mold and refreshed for next use. I was okay with blue marking for guides etc but not a big fan of foreign text as it invites unnecessary attention. No biggie. But one thing that I surely miss was a tie rope. Life of mat time will tell. But overall liked the product !

Cushy, Soft Yoga Mat
This Ab Roller Yoga Mat is great on so many levels. Though I’m not too fond of the markings, I guess they’re helpful if you’re following an exercise routine that’s specific to them. Me? I’m using this mat to do yoga and pilates and I love how cushy (7mm thick) and soft it is. It comes with a mesh bag to pack it in and carry around, in case you need to. Highly recommend it.

Did not stay put.
The mat was of good quality, however, I could not keep it from rolling up in front of my ab roller, causing it to bind up in front of it. It also had a tendency to “travel” to the right as I moved the ab roller back and forth over it. It would not work for me.

Very thick yoga mat
I wanted a nice yoga mat to replace my cheap out that was starting to rip. I wanted something on the nicer side that would last longer than the one I previously had. This one is thicker and it even comes with a carrying bag in case I decided to do yoga on the go. It works well and does not rip easily even with shoes on.

Decent mat
The pattern printed on it is a bit odd, but overall this is a decent mat. It’s thick enough to provide protection but not so thick that it feels like you’re sinking in. I definitely like it better than the mats with holes. The longer length is great for exercises that require side-to-side movement. The carrying bag is a nice addition.

A bit overpriced, but good density and no foul odor
This has been an excellent mat for ab rolling and other calisthenic exercises. The material is nicely dense providing confidence-inspiring cushioning without being excessively heavy or thick. I find there’s a lot of shock-absorption with this comparatively thin material, keeping my knees and other impact-sensitive parts very happy. Ultimately it’s over-priced at $44, but it’s well-designed and should last a long time.
