My dogs like the flavor, I like the product.
What I like was that this product has been accepted by Veterinary Oral Health Council (VOHC), it is not tested on animals, it uses human grade ingredients, and is easy to use. While you can use a brush, you don’t need to, as it (supposedly) works by contact, no brushing required. This is a vegan product, also nice. They state that this product is clinically proven to remove inhibit plaque, tarter and gingivitis. I have only just started to use this toothpaste, so time will tell on my pups how well it works. I am so far happy with this toothpaste. I used them in conjunction with: VIWIK 4Pack Dog Toothbrush Dog Tooth Brushing Kit, Cat Finger Toothbrush for Dogs Small Breed, Medium Large Dogs, Puppy Toothbrush for Dog Teeth Cleaning & Dental Care, Pet Finger Toothbrush Kit and was very pleased with both products and the ease with which I was able to brush my pups teeth for the first time. This will make it nice to brush their teeth on a regular basis.

Amazing Doggie Toothpaste
Over the past 2 years my dachshund Lovely developed bleeding, sore gums, brown tartar on her front teeth & bread bad enough to kill a brick. I tried several over the counter water additives, teeth gels and pellets but none of these helped. I read about top rated Petsmile toothpaste online & decided to try it before shelling out nearly $200 to get her teeth cleaned at the dentist. The 2nd day after using it the bleeding totally stopped on her gums. The next day her breath smelled miraculously better. The next week her tartar was lighter in color and did not cover as much of her teeth. I still brush Lovely’s teeth daily and no more doggie breath. There is still some tartar present but hopefully it will continue to diminish over time. I still will get her teeth professionally cleaned and will use Petsmile to maintain her fresh breath and to prevent future tartar build up. This product is the only one that has made a difference in my dog’s tartar build up, bleeding gums & bad breath. Amazing!

Better than the minty toothpastes
My dog is a headstrong Jack Russel / Chihuahua. She would have nothing to do with the minty toothpastes but lets me brush her teeth with this. The flavor is the difference.

Actually works well!
I have been using this toothpaste for several years now, and this works best out of all the dog toothpastes we’ve tried. Whenever we’ve brushed with other brands, my dog has developed plaque pretty quickly, but this one actually reduces plaque after a week or so of daily use. Other toothpastes do not reduce the plaque well. We brush daily with this, and my dog still does not have teeth problems at 3 years of age. My 16.5-year-old dog also depended on this and had clean, white teeth to her last day.

BEST toothpaste out there!!
This toothpaste is amazing! Itâs super easy to use, and my dog absolutely loves the taste. At my last vet visit, the doctor was blown away by how healthy my 6-year-old dogâs teeth were. They compared them to those of a 2-year-old! I canât think of a better way to describe this toothpaste.

this product is AMAZING!
I bought it because it got high reviews, but did not expect much from it as I tried the chew thing and other toothpaste for the local pet stores that are “natural” and promised to be “powerful” for my dog’s bad breath, but nothing worked. I nearly rub this stuff in his mouth. I only got some of his teath but not all of it because he is 10.2 lbs, and he fights me when I try to shove pills down his throat or rub toothpast in his mouth. Hi breath cleared up by 80% within 24 hours. I use it twice a day now and it bad breath seems to disappeared.

I keep using it because itâs a huge tube and a lot of people recommended it. However, my cat doesnât like its taste so I had to mix it with her treat while trying to brush her teeth.I understand the flavour might be popular to some cats and not to others.

I bought this because it was approved by VOHC or whatever. I was told these are the only products proven to work when it has that on the label. In this case I feel it is the best toothpaste I have ever used on my dog. I would recommend this to others moving forward.

This toothpaste is as good as you hope. I have a Maltese with really bad teeth he’s 12 years old and all told I’ve probably spent $5k on his teeth in cleans and extractions. This has taken 80% of the plaque off and a lot of the brown and it’s only been 3 weeks. The first time I used it his gums bled from plaque etc now no bleeding. My only regret is I didn’t start this when he was a puppy. This tube has already saved me $500 in his annual dental clean. I will not stop using this for the rest of his life. And he likes the taste (tho if he didn’t I wouldn’t care anyway as it’s just too good). I wish they had a human version
