Perfect and skinny enough for my Backpack side water bottle holder
I needed a slim water bottle that could slide into the side water bottle holder of my 2019 North Face Pivoter Backpack without stretching the elastic band (long-term anticipation). This 18oz water bottle, at 2.5″ or 6.4cm in diameter, fits the bill. With the lid on, the bottle is 9 1/8″ tall. It hasn’t leaked at all yet for the past 3 weeks that I’ve had it. I like the mouth spout. Naturally, you just have to be mindful not to tip the water bottle to high up when drinking from it (as if it were an open glass) because water will otherwise drip out of the tiny air vent hole near the mouth spout. The lid does not get in the way when I drink. The lid is spring loaded to open after pushing the release on the side. The release button has a lock feature to prevent accidental opening. I subjectively I like the frosted appearance of the bottle and the primary blue hue. The strap feels robust. Perhaps my only complaint – which is no fault of the water bottle itself – is that 19oz is not a lot of water. However, it’s difficult finding a 32oz bottle that is skinny enough for the side pockets of my backpack, so this 19oz suffices as long as I’m near water fountains or a sink (most often the case since I use this specific North Face Pivoter Backpack for visiting the office. Otherwise, I will use my good ol’ 32oz Nalgene for more adventurous/unpredictable trips.

Lasting Quality
This is really a great bottle. This is the 2nd bottle I have bought by this manufacturer (2nd time only because my son lost the first bottle). Each bottle was well made and has lasted through a fair amount of teenager abuse. At first I was skeptical because the lid hinge did not seem like it would last, but I have been proven wrong. So long as they keep the same design (or better) and same material (or better) I will continue to endorse and use this product.

Lock broke after 6 months
Great bottle and great size. Use it every day for the gym. This is my second one. I replaced the first one when the lock broke. Don’t know if it was a defect or just wore out but hoping the second one lasts longer.

Nice size, attractive and well-made
We use these to either carry with us for events or classes or we bring them empty and fill them from the fountain or tap. They are nicely made, have a nice soft texture, are light, and seal tightly. They look nice and are nice colors. I particularly selected these because they are neither large nor small. The rest of our water bottles are either the big sports-hydration size or are quite small. They are a nice size to hold and handle.
