Efficient addition to the gym without sacrificing space or quality.
For those who don’t have the room for a big home gym, this is a perfect addition. The value for money makes for an easy decision. Grip, shape, and size all fit the bill.

This kettle bell is as advertised. It is easy to adjust the plates to take them off and on. Obviously to be adjustable up to 40 pounds it is quite large so if you are a smaller person, this kettlebell may not be practical for movements that involve moving the kettlebell up and over your head, but that may just be me. My only real (very minor) complaint is that the plates are oddly weighted so I find it a little bit challenging to get to the weight that I really want for the kettlebell; but that said, since I am not baking a cake or doing a science experiment, itâs close enough and that is just fine. Unlike other reviewers my item arrived undamaged; I asked for it to come in Amazon packaging so perhaps that added layer of protection helped. Overall, I am very pleased with his purchase.

Nice setup, but the adjustable nature is not as expected
Yes4All makes some decent (for the price point) exercise gear. I’ve got lots of their other stuff around the house and for the amount I exercise, I think they provide good value. This is why I was excited to buy this adjustable kettlebell. My personal trainer really likes the kettlebell exercises, and I wanted to be able to workout at home and replicate what he shows me in the gym. Having a full-on set of kettlebells is a lot of weight to move around and a lot of space to consume, so I looked for an adjustable one.The pros: This is cast iron, rugged, and a traditional kettlebell round shape. It goes from roughly 8 lbs up to 40 lbs, and the plates that fit in here are adjustable in more-or-less 5 lb increments. The locking mechanism on top is super easy to adjust and lock or unlock the plates.The bad: this is NOT a quick-change kettlebell. I was expecting (from the pics) a “dial-a-weight” type setup where you could select the amount of weight and have the other plates left behind. That’s not how this works. You unlock the plate at the top, and one-by-one remove the plates you don’t want and stack them to the side. Putting them back requires aligning the plates, one-by-one, into their respective slots. It’s tedious. This is not a kettlebell you could do a super-set with if you needed different weights.The other disappointing item is the weight increments that this comes with. The plates are _approximately_ 5 lbs each. That really means around four and a half to just over six pounds per plate, depending on whether you get a top/bottom, mid upper/lower, or each of the two middle plates in the “ball”. A fraction of a pound hardly matters, but you should know that you’re never going to be exactly at the weight you think you will. Minor nit, but it irks me.I’m keeping it – but if I had to do it over again, I’d probably have purchased a different kettlebell.

a very cost-effective solution
So you want to start kettlebell training. Your goal is to get stronger, right? But then the kettlebell you started with may no longer be massive enough for an optimal workout, and buying more is an unattractive option. This is a mechanically ingenious design that gives you lots of choices for the weight you want to use. Even with only about half of the plates (weights) installed, they rattle a bit but seem tightly enough held so that I don’t worry at all about a plate detaching itself.

Nicely Made : Packing is Cheaply Made Which Led to The Damaged Caused
Great product. However there was a hole in the side of the box when received, there was a significant scratch / chip in the powder coated paint. I touched it up but the gash is still obvious. I would suggest for the amount charged that the manufacturer spend a little more on packaging and the seller double box the product before shipping out such a heavy piece of equipment. There is no way to tell at what part of the process that the product was damaged but I believe it could have been avoided with more attention being given to the packaging.

Ein tolles Produkt das wirklich sehr gut zu handhaben ist. Die Scheiben lassen sich schnell heraus-und wieder hineinschieben und bleiben auch sicher befestigt. Die Vielseitigkeit macht es für mich zu einem guten Sportgerät und ich werde mir auch noch das schwerere Model bestellen.

J’ai été vraiment surpris.Alors je me suis dit. Comment faire cet exercice à la maison? Je pensais utiliser ce que j’avais. Mais c’était pas possible. Je n’ai aucun poids à la maison.J’ai vraiment aimé le produit.Je marche quand même un bon bout de temps. Je part d’une chambre, ensuite je passe dans la chambre de mon fils, ensuite dans le corridor, ensuite dans le salon, ensuite je traverse la cuisine et je fais l’inverse.Je l’ai fait déjà deux fois aujourd’hui. Je me sens bien.Je sens que je suis moins aligné vers l’avant.C’est pas un mouvement complexe. Mais qui ne peut qu’être bénéfique.Je marche beaucoup.
