Tried several back braces before this one, never to be used again. This brace is a blessing, stabilizing my back & easing the pain from a compression fracture at T12. Great features – love the metal insert & spines in back and the 2 layers of Velcro-fastened wraps with stretchable straps in top layer. Relief!

Insurance declined hospital request for a back brace for a broken back. Amazon had this which was purchased. Not only was the size accurate, the durability, & comfort is amazing. Easy to wash & adjust There are metal & rigid plastic inserts which are comfortable & easy to place or remove. Mobility increased as pain decreased. The bands wrap around to secure the brace in place & this darned thing is very comfortable. This is a very good purchase. Money well spent.

Nice back brace. Like the lighter color as it is not so visible under clothing. It does run larger than expected. Based on the size recommendation I ordered the medium and really needed a small. Good adjustments and sturdy.

Very stiff, inconsistent compression when moving around
It is comfortable and tight if sitting or standing upright. If you have to move around with any bending, the staves are so stiff that it digs in at the top and barely touches back at the bottom. Bought new Sparthos instead

I needed a much more supportive back brace than I had. It has stays that give you that additional support. I like that it is wide enough to also support my lower back as well as middle back. I ordered a medium but think I could have order the small. But the overlap still hold tightly so no complaints. Very good support.

Great Backbrace for relief and value!
I have terrible autoimmune flare ups that affect my lower back and sciatica. I would definitely measure your waist and hips before purchasing, as I did not, and had to size down. Once you position the brace and secure it comfortably, you will have relief all day. It is not recommended for nighttime when sleeping, but excellent product.
