Our dog with mild Kidney disease loves these – a great treat for KD dogs.
This is the only dog treats for dogs with kidney disease that we have found that work, that our dog loves, and is worthy of the term “treat.” These are excellent. The fact that they are soft is a huge help, you can’t break them into smaller sizes as appropriate, and they are easy for dogs to chew and very appetizing for them. Hills is a great brand and produces good products. Only thing to beware of is this are high calorie so like one a day, broken up into pieces, if a good portion to plan on. These aren’t the type of treats that you give several to a dog each day, they’ll get fat. But we highly recommend, do not bother with other kidney disease dog treats, we have tried many and almost all of the others fail and dogs want nothing to do with them, Hills soft baked treats are by far the best.

My 11 year old pup, Baby loves these
The vet suggested these as my pup develops crystals in her urine. These are safe for her to have and she LOVES them . So many things that are okay for her to have , seem to not taste good ro her. She jumps and twirls when we get out the bag of these. They were a hit at our house and I feel okay about her having them. And they were easy to order. I filled out the vets name and her name and they submitted it to him to get his okay and arrived within days

My little Jack Russell loves them!
My little Jack Russel has had pancreatitis and his digestive tract is very sensitive. He also loves his cookies so I started my search for a good treat that is yummy and still sensitive to his stomach. My vet recommended going with low fat treats and I found I/D food and these treats by Science Diet. He loves them! And…..I don’t think he doesn’t know they are good for him. I highly recommend!

Too hard!
These are NOT soft at all! I think I’ve ordered 3 or 4 bags and NONE have been soft. I wish there were more k/d diet dog treats available–or a recipe to make my own. I microwave the treat for a few seconds on low power to soften it. Then I cut it into smaller pieces and place them around my house (avoiding stairs) so my 11lb, blind dog can search for them. She loves them.

Good product.
My picky dog really likes these treats. Nice to have a treat I can give her on a renal diet.

My 5 pound dog loves these. I break each one into 4 pcs.
My dog loves these. She also recently had a great dental checkup as well. They are too big for a 5 pound dog. I am afraid she could crack a molar. So I break them into about 4 pcs for each bone and that works well. As they get older and are exposed to air with each opening they get harder.I would suggest putting a smaller number in a jar or bag and refill as needed. (My Vet recommended this brand.)

No solo mi perro devoro los premios. Mis gatos tambien querian q les dieraMi perro es adulto por lo q tengo q cuidar de su alimentacion. Con estos premios, no se solto del estomago

The product is excellent. The seller”s description leads one to believe there are six (6) packages included for the price. There was only one. $60.00 for one package of dog treats is outrageous. They cost less than $12.00, a package at the veterinarian.
