I just recently added this watch to my collection of technological equipment, and I was especially attracted to it because of its tough, military-grade design as well as the promise of a broad variety of capabilities that are both fitness and health-related. Running, cycling, and a few sessions at the gym were the primary activities that I utilized this instrument for, and I believe that the monitoring is rather accurate. My impression is that the heart rate monitor is trustworthy, and I like the fact that it also has a blood oxygen sensor. As a result of the ease with which I can monitor these indicators throughout the day, I have a greater sense of control over my exercises and my health.

Love the watch. Only gripe is when I add a sport to workout it automatically deletes a previously added workout. I use FitCloudPro app. Wondering if anyone has experienced this.

Bought this smartwatch for my husband because of the military style. Not only is it easy to setup and connect to his iphone using the app, it is user friendly and simple to use. Nothing complicated. Comfortable to wear with a sturdy strap and lightweight, has good battery life and many useful functions from tracking sleep, heart monitoring and different exercise modes among others. He enjoys changing the watch face to suite his style and it looks great. Definitely worth buying.
