ECO Mode

When the Parent Unit is active and no sound is detected from the baby within 30 seconds, it will automatically enter sleep mode, which means the Parent Unit will be silent. This feature helps save power and extend usage time for the user. In sleep mode, if the parent wants to actively hear the sound, they can press the volume + or volume – key to wake up the sound. If there is no operation, it will re-enter the ECO energy-saving mode after 30 seconds.

Visual Sound Indicator

Indicate the sound level detected by the baby unit or show the volume level during speaker volume setting. The visual sound indicator has three functions.

One is to show the sound level detected by the baby unit.

Second one is to show the volume level during speaker volume setting.

Third is show RED LED flash when there is no link between the baby unit and the parent unit, or when the parent unit is out of range from the baby unit.

Volume Control

The speaker volume on the parent unit is easily controlled by pressing the up or down arrow keys. When the parent unit is in mute, the visual sound indicator will still indicate the sound detected from the baby unit.

Parent Unit Alert Tones

Out of range tone: Beeps three times every 10 seconds when there is no link between the baby unit and parent unit, or when the parent unit is out of range from the baby unit.

Low battery tone: Beeps one time every 30 seconds when the battery is low.

Power/Low Battery Light

Lights on steadily in green when the parent unit is on and linked to the baby unit.

Flashes in green when the battery is low.

Flashes in red when there is no link between the baby unit and parent unit, or when the parent unit is out of range from the baby unit.

A: Try the following (in the order listed) for common cure:

Make sure that both baby unit and parent unit are on. A: The ECO energy-saving mode of this product is enabled by default. When the receiver is active and no sound is detected from the baby within 30 seconds, it will automatically enter sleep mode, which means the receiver will be silent. This feature helps save power and extend usage time for the user.

1. When the baby makes a sound, the receiver will automatically exit the ECO energy-saving mode, and the user will be able to hear the baby’s sound again.

2. In sleep mode, if the user wants to actively hear the sound, they can press the volume + or volume – key to wake up the sound. If there is no operation, it will re-enter the ECO energy-saving mode after 30 seconds.

3. Make sure that both baby unit and parent unit are on. If you see the visual sound indicators light up, but there is no sound, then you may have muted the volume or set it to a lower level. Adjust the volume to a higher level.

4. If the visual sound indicators do not light up, and you cannot hear any sound, it is because the baby sound is too low for the baby unit to detect. This is normal. Place the baby unit at least 3 feet/1 meter away from your baby.
