If you take Vitamin D3, you need K2
If you are taking vitamin d3 (and you should for your immune system, heart health, mood, bone health, weight control) you need to take vitamin K2. Vitamin D increases calcium absorption, and vitamin k2 directs the calcium where it should go (without causing problems). I’m a retired pharmacist who plays competitive pickleball 5 days a week. I was having knee pain which began to limit my play time. I started taking this product and after about 2 months my knee pain was relieved to the point that I can play 7 daysa week. There are many studies which indicate there are reasons to mistrust the quality of supplement products, I have grown to trust this brand through my experience.
