The Acuva Wanderer 2.0 water purification system is specifically designed to meet the needs of those living off-grid. Built for RVs and boats, it employs powerful UV-LED technology to eradicate waterborne illnesses and is easy to install under the sink of your unit. This water purification system employs a two-stage process to purify water. First, sediment, lead, chlorine and other impurities are removed by an advanced pre-filter that improves the taste and smell of your drinking water. Then, it’s treated by UV-LED technology. By partnering with a company like Acuva, Lippert is helping to create a healthier planet for future generations by reducing the use of plastic water bottles and jugs. We offer a low-maintenance water purification system that provides clean and safe drinking water while making a positive environmental impact.
HEALTH & SAFETY — The Acuva Wanderer RV water purifier makes water safe to drink by removing impurities through UV-LED water purification technology, while keeping healthy minerals intact
IMPROVES TASTE & QUALITY — This water purification system pre-filters water to remove lead, heavy metals, chlorine, mercury, carcinogens and other impurities, providing safe drinking water with improved quality, taste and odor
HIGHLY EFFICIENT — The Acuva Wanderer is specifically designed to run on a 12V battery source for low power consumption. It is activated by a flow sensor, so it consumes power only when water is being dispensed and purifies at a 1:1 ratio
MINIMAL MAINTENANCE — An easy-to-install camper water purifier, the Acuva Wanderer is low-maintenance and hassle-free. Simply change out the pre-filter as needed. Other than that, it’s completely hands-off
SUSTAINABLE — A single Acuva Wanderer unit can pay for itself in less than a year while reducing the need for single-use plastics. Each unit can dispense 31,700 gallons of water over its lifetime, saving 240,000 water bottles from ending up in landfills
Specifically designed for RVs and boats

Water tastes so delicious
I ordered this as recommended by a friend in Canada. This is now a game changer in my van. I no longer have to carry 2 gallons of water to drink when I use my van. The acuva was installed by a professional and they did a great job following the instructions that Acuva has on youtube. We attached the electric to the water pump so that when I turn on the water pump, it works without having to turn on the inverter. I am very pleased with the faucet, the way it all fit nicely under the sink and the taste of the water is absolutely delicious. I feel so much more confident in drinking the water from the PleasureWay van. Now I want to install this in the house as well. Thank you.

Wrong Tee supplied – Don’t buy this kit unless you want a trip to the hardware store!
As someone else pointed out – QA/QC Fail! The wrong size Tee was supplied in my kit too. A 3/8″ OD side branch Tee was supplied when all the tubing connections are 1/4″ OD. The product was all new in original packaging so this was not an after the fact mistake. Lippert / Accuva – you need to get this fixed at the source, as you have a systemic problem. I cannot finish my installation today without either waiting for a replacement or making a trip to my local hardware store.UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer via Amazon’s customer support and they said I had to deal with Amazon ONLY, so they were not helpful and did not even acknowledge that they have a problem in their supply chain. (Their response: Thank you for contacting Lippert. Amazon requires any issues regarding an Amazon order to be addressed with their customer service. Per our agreement with Amazon, we cannot act as a vendor once the part is purchased from Amazon. Below is Amazonâs customer service contact information to help with the return process…).I partially resolved the issue with a chat with Amazon customer service, where they offered a 10% of the order value as a partial refund, as I’d already installed the unit (minus the tee) in my RV, which is about $20 more than the replacement valve will cost (it’s a $28 + tax part on Amazon, but with a 1 week delivery time). Amazon would or could not supply a replacement part, so I have to get the part from the hardware store or elsewhere. I will also get a plastic compression gland nut and ferrule for the plastic tubing connection, as these fittings are really designed for copper tubing and I’ve learned from past experience that it’s hard to get a leak free seal on plastic tubing with copper compression fittings / glands. In short – don’t buy this kit unless and until someone confirms that Lippert / Acuva have corrected their supply chain issue, and are supplying the right size valved tee, unless you want to make a trip to the hardware store, or buy the correct valve (and plastic tubing compression gland and ferrule) at the same time. Due to the hassle factor, I’ve reduced my rating from 2 to 1 star.

Great customer support
Initial uv unit did not function after completing instal. Contacted customer service and they overnighted a replacement unit that functions perfectly. Instal was easy and all parts included except for optional fuse for DC installation. 2 week old water from my Airstreamâs tank tasted great.

I have tried to get a replacement filter for this unit. OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE!!! I tried to contact manufacture they will not contact me back. Don’t waste your money. They will sell you a whole unit with the filter but not a replacement filter.

Can never replace filter or get parts
The company Acuva based in Canada is impossible to get hold of. Iâve emailed, called, Facebook messaged, left voicemails everything for 4 months and have heard nothing. Iâve had my Acuva in my van for 4 years and cannot replace the filter unless I do some diy and buy a filter for another product. Also it stopped shutting off so the water just keeps ruining I have to shut it off with the shut off valve. Itâs been off for months since the filter needs to be changed. $500 for 3 1/2 years of partial use is not worth it.

Product stopped working after brief usage.
This product stopped working after just approximately 20-25 hours of use. Was unable to get a return telephone call from customer service to send it for repair. Dead end and wasted money, I guess

Includes incorrect Tee!
The tee includes is 1/2″ PEX with a 3/8″ *OD* output. Yet the white R.O. tubing included is 1/4″ OD. I do not believe it was swapped in by someone else; the tee was packaged in a plastic bag and the box is sealed. This makes me believe it came from the factory this way.Which means you cannot cannot the water line properly. You either have send it back for a replacement and see if the replacement includes the correct tee, or buy the correct tee or line adapter.Quality Control fail.
