I finally found it!!
I had been dealing with trouble sleeping for at least a year. Tried many things, ) got desperate enough to take a Tylenol pm and started doing so every night – for a few months! I knew that was not a long term solution.I researched herbs, found each of these included in this blend purported yo be beneficial.I started with only 1 capsule 1/2 hour before bed and that 1st night was much better.Was it a coincidence?? Well now Iâve been taking 1 nightly for a few weeks and can say I absolutely am sleeping much better!!After 20-30 minutes I just feel sleepy and fall asleep pretty quick.Sleep is deep, mostly uninterrupted , other than a trip to the little girls room, and I wake up fine.Note- I also always take some Calm magnesium before bed.For my body- I believe I have found the answer!Iâm also very happy with this brand of herbs.

I was really wanting to like this sleep supplement since itâs organic and Family-owned & operated, but the three times Iâve tried it, I was up until 4am with 2 capsules, and 3am with 1 capsule. I tried it on separate days spread out, in case there was something else going on that could have caused this, but the last time I tried it, I took just one capsule, and it still kept me wide awake until 3am. So itâs definitely a surprising reaction. Iâve taken sleep supplements before, but this is the first Iâve tried that has Ashwaganda in it, which I usually take in vitality and energy supplements. But who knows which ingredient is the culprit for me. All I can say for certain is this does not work for everyone, and I was shocked how tired I felt all night, but my mind would not just sleep, which is so much worse than if I wouldnât have taken this. I just like taking a sleep supplement to help me fall asleep faster, but I donât have severe sleep issues. I donât want to rate this product lower than 3 stars, because it does seem to be good quality ingredients, it just didnât work for me.

I love this product because there’s no hangover and I sleep good and this turns out to be a little less expensive than what I was dealing with before with this one I can go for 45 days before I have to order again instead of 30 so impressed I will order this again thank you, Sherry

Worked a little bit, then it didn’t
Update: Customer Service kindly refunded me for this product.I had 2 bottles with differing results.During bottle #1, I drifted off to sleep within 20 minutes, and slept an average of 4 hours, then would wake up and be in and out of sleep the rest of the time in bed.I hoped things would improve as my body adjusted to the product, so I bought a second bottle.I did not get far into this bottle before giving up. My sleep went back to terrible, in spite of doing everything “right” to promote restful sleep.
