Not as thick as I thought
Itâs not as thick as I thought but very dense so it provides great cushioning. The width is excellent and the grommets are perfect for hanging and out of the way when not in use.

My GF uses this for doing yoga and workouts. She states it is way more comfortable than the traditional yoga thin mats. When she find it dirty or sweaty she is able to wash with the water hose and some antibacterial cleaner and hang outside to dry due to the two hook holes on one end. This is a great product and well worth the price.

Bag is a one use accessory.
Bought 2 of these, 1 purple, 1 grey. Mat itself is fine, it has been great in sessions. The bag that they came in isnât big enough to fit the mat back inside. On my fourth attempt to put my mat into the bag, the mesh on the bag tore. Going to get Velcro straps for them.

It is definitely large enough for any one. The foam is quite dense and super comfortable to work out on. We don’t use the hanger holes, but they appear very solid. It doesn’t slip at all on vinyl flooring. We both love it
