This was easy to setup, works for Android and IOS, and I use it in the spare room to keep an eye on my pups w/ anxiety when I have to leave the house for long periods of time.
The picture is crystal clear as long as the wifi connection is solid and the night vision is awesome , the accuracy of when your baby moves & the shows you.

High resolution camera
One of the standout features of this baby monitor is its crystal-clear resolution camera, which provides incredibly clear and detailed video footage. Day or night, I can see my baby clearly thanks to the built-in night vision.

Not Getting Notifications
So, I like the range of the camera and how easy it is to adjust. But the app does not work very well. Iâve triple checked my settings and still am not getting notifications for anything.The cry-soothing function works nicely, but I got this monitor to keep an eye on babyâs breathing and movement during sleep and it doesnât alert to any changes in that.

Decent Value
I’d say for these features, it’s a pretty standard value compared to other monitors on the market. It’s pretty easy to use, the hardest part is mounting. It’s got great picture quality. I haven’t had connection issues with it like others, but we have 2 mesh routers, one of which is in the room the monitor is in. All in all, it’s decent. It’s not a closed loop system, so in my opinion that’s a downside.

Great baby monitor with lots of features
This is the best baby monitor I’ve ever used. My last monitor was only a couple of years old but I’m glad I got this to replace it as it’s a big upgrade. The camera has versatile mounting options, so you can easily get it aimed and adjusted exactly how you’d like. The camera itself is very cute and the colorful design makes it blend in perfectly in any child’s room.Connecting the camera to the wifi and setting it up with the app on my phone was pretty seamless, and I’ve yet to have any connectivity or buffering issues. The video shows up clearly on my phone, day or night. You can use the app to rotate the camera or tilt it up/down, so as long as you mount it in a good spot you should have no problem viewing every corner of the room it’s in. This is perfect for active babies who have a hard time staying put during nap time!The coolest part of this baby monitor, which really sets it apart from others, are the AI features. This camera alerts you for all kinds of important safety reasons – it automatically notifies you if your baby rolls over, covers their face, or crawls out of their crib. The AI features also allow it to respond to baby’s crying by playing music. I was skeptical of these features but so far they’ve all been working great! I can also use the app to speak through the camera, which could be helpful for soothing a child, but sometimes it does get a little laggy and doesn’t sound quite right. Small complaint considering all the other great, useful features. I’d recommend this to any parents

did not work for us
Ellie Baby Monitor arrived very quickly, but I didn’t open or set it up until the return period closed 🙁 I am not sure if the unit we got was defective or if we are doing something incorrectly, but it just won’t connect to the app. You need the app to get the alerts and control/pan/zoom, etc, but we since it won’t connect, there’s nothing we can do.

I prefer old fashion models
Honestly this is too much trouble for what I use it. I only use it to keep an eye on baby when I’m at home with him so I prefer basic monitor that doesn’t use wifi, have it’s own monitor and I don’t need to use my phone. Reasons here; its disconnect from my wifi signal, it runs off my phone batery with the APP on the background but at the same time doesn’t keep all the functions when you are not directly looking at the application. It also needs a lot of permissions on your phone and it really creeps me out how much data it is recording from my home environment and AI face recognition for my kids. Anyway maybe I’m just paranoid but that’s my review of this camara. Maybe can be really useful for parents that needs nannies and can keep an eye on their baby remotely…but big no for my family.

This is a review for Ellie Baby Monitor,Covered Face Alert, Auto Photo Capture, 2K HD, Cry Soothing, 2-Way Talk, Virtual Fence, Night Vision, Temp Humidity, Breathing Detection.I ordered to actually keep an eye on my dog while I am away at appointment or anything that would otherwise potentially cause her anxiety. This camera allows me to speak to her so she knows itâs me and it helps calm her down. I am also able to turn on or off the TV to further help in making her more comfortable and at ease.This camera was super easy to get set up as well as use. The app, for me at least, is extremely easy to use. I especially enjoy being able to PTZ the camera so that I am able to check on other things as well. All the ways you can detect things is very pleasing as well. And above all, the video quality is outstanding.Be it your child or your furbaby, this camera is an excellent option. For the few months I have had, I have never been disappointed by any aspect of this camera.
