The product images all show this with the Motorola camera (which has a built-in tripod mount) but it also works with the Infant Optics DXR-8 (https://www.amazon.com/Infant-Optics-DXR-8-Monitor-Interchangeable/dp/B00ECHYTBI). This product includes an adapter that snaps into the picture hook slot and allows you to thread the tripod mount (1/4 threaded hole) on. Once you add the adapter to your Infant Optics camera it can be difficult to remove, but it is possible to snap it on and off with a flat-headed screwdriver and a little practice.

This was simple to use and fit my Hello Baby monitor. I love that I was able to use it to mount the camera to my crib rail (instead of having to mount it into a wall and leaving a permanent hole in my wall.)

decent overall
Like some of the other reviews mentioned, it would be nice to have the wraparound part be a bit longer. We got this to attach to furniture since we don’t have a place to mount the monitor. It seems like it’s sturdy enough and good quality, but it is a bit tough to bend around objects, especially since it isn’t super long. Overall though, it will be a huge help to make our monitor more mobile!

We bought this to try to attach our monitor to our pack and play. Itâs a little less sturdy than Iâd like, but I can easily rest the monitor on the bassinet to make it work. Weâll be ordering a second one to use for the crib.

We love it because it meets the same needs as âmountingâ the monitor both aesthetically and practically speaking, but with the convenience of being able to easily relocate it as needed vs having the monitor semi-permanently screwed into the wall, etc.

Don’t bend it back and forth too much!
Moving from crib to crib as you are crib and nap training can be problematic if you are changing how it attaches to the cribs. The metal wire inside the silicone doesn’t last very long. Other than that this product works really well.

I constantly move my baby monitor. And a shelf isn’t always available. you don’t want to put a bunch of holes in all the walls, so this little thing is great. Not only does it give you a chance to move the camera from space to space, but it can also do weird angles!

So versatile. Its flexible enough I can wind it around anything and dont hate moving it but also sturdy enough that it can hold the camera up easily. I’ve wound it around lamp shades, travel bassinets, and even cupboard door handles so it’s very useful not just for a standard crib but if you travel too.

I have used this mount in multiple locations around the room, it is really much sturdier than it looks. Worth it for me to not have to drill into the wall or furniture but you need something to wrap it around.
