Fantastic product!
I love this! I ordered this heating pad and then promptly pulled a muscle in my back. Luckily it arrived the sams day I purchased it. It has provided amazing relief. The size is so much better than the little ones I used as a kid. I am very, very happy with this purchase.

Warms up quickly
I bought this pad for my son for his lower back. Heâs so very happy. He plugged it in immediately when I gave it to him, positioned it where most of his pain is felt and felt relief within minutes. We are very satisfied.

You get what you pay for
This is the worst heating pad I’ve ever had. It is either very very hot or barely hot. It has 4 setting levels but you can’t control the temp at all. When I put it on the lowest heat setting it’s a toss up on what I will get. Sometimes it gets a little warm but most of the time it is so hot I have to turn it off. The 3 remaining settings all get so hot I have to turn it off. Also, it gets mis-shaped so bad that it wrinkles. I have to lay it down and stretch it back into shape. Will be ordering a different heating pad since this one is pretty useless.

Itâs not hot enough. I thought it was going to help me through my menstrual cycle or help loosen back pains, but the heat is medium for the most part

Only turns on for 40 min at a time!
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the 40 minute auto-shutoff timer…There is no option to NOT have it automatically shut off so impossible to use for more than 40 min unless it’s turned back on every 40 min! Way too short amount of time for it to turn off!

I have Fibromyalgia and a few other issues and this heating pad is bigger than other ones I’ve had so it covers more of my pain areas. I like the auto switch off function as well. Definitely recommend.

I bought this for my back pain. I used it once so far it’s good. It takes a few minutes to get heated. I love the feature that it shuts off after while.
