Liked the quality and was easy to setup and use
I would recommend the SGJIK Smart Watch Fitness Tracker. I purchased it to monitor my heart rate and sleeping pattern. Tried several fitness watches and found this one to most accurately measure my heart rate. The watch is not oversized and with the supplied band is comfortable to wear. I also like that the watch provides for receiving text messages and phone calls from your phone over a bluetooth connection with your phone, if enabled. I did find it a bit confusing to download a contact list from my phone to the SGJIK smartwatch. You must use the “da Fit” app to select only up to ten contacts from the full contact list on your phone and then download the selected contacts to the smartwatch.The “da Fit” app has a lot of features and easy to use. I also use and like the sleep monitor function in the app.I have used several times to monitor my steps and matched count with another fitness watch I was comparing.

It’s battery life is a joke BUT it’s really nice. Wish it had the compatibility for more apps or notifications but it is easy to use, pretty reliable and does what I need. The app on the other hand can act up leaving it less than ideal to use but watch still functions. Randomly disconnects from my phone even with Bluetooth on and phone inches away. Just a little finicky but for the price you can’t go wrong. I also have peace of mind wearing it for it’s SOS feature.

The tracker is absolutely perfect for my use. The health tracking tools pedometer, blood oxygen monitor, BPM monitor and blood pressure monitor work very well. The fitness trackers like calorie measurements, various workout trackers, sleep monitor are very useful and works perfectly. Battery life is good, ease of use is good. The integration with smart watch is peerfect. The size is cute and does not look heavy. I have the black one, but there are other choices available. I suggest this tracker for anyone looking for fitness and health monitoring 24/7.

Not very dependable for monitor bp and pulse.
Not accurate bp how can your blood pressure always be 129/86⦠I am a cma work in a medical office and check reading with manual cuff and itâs not even close.. my bp is around 118/80. Pulse is off.. os sat is usually correct. It looks nice keeps time and date nice screen savers . But do not depend on for health like your bp accurate steps.

Iâm so surprised and pleased by this watch. I have very small wrists and wanted something that fit and looks feminine. The color is beautiful. The battery charge lasts about a week. It gives me the info I need regarding my heart rate and so much more.

An ok fitness tracker
This smart watch is ok. It works fine just like any fitness tracker. The blood pressure feature dies but work. In the 3 days Iâve worn it, my BP has been the exact same. It has me questioning if the other readings are accurate. The band is ok, watch us a little more big and bulky than Iâm used to. Lots of faces and layouts to choose from. The app works pretty good. For the cost, it works for a fitness tracker.

I’ve had this 2 days, a bit of a problem getting it to sync. Steps not registering, when up and down 2 flights, showed zero steps? Bluetooth audio skips and lags behind while trying to control phone. Un-paired, re-paired, reset, un-installed a d reinstalled app, did not help. Audio quality is good during play back, just skips(pauses) for a second or two, annoying. Fit is good, band feels good, soft, doesn’t pinch. Not to bulky, 1.47 imo is the better choice. Health sensors, i don’t trust them, a bit buggy, it takes a few seconds after the result to fully register the result, ex. Bpm stated 80 at first, then it dropped to 68 with a few seconds, then it stayed there. Connectivity and software not so good.
