Great for upper arm isolation.
I experienced an injury to my brachioradialis so I needed to let it heal and I didn’t want to stop working out. These straps saved the day. Would definitely recommend if you have any forearm pain when doing biceps or triceps. Also for reverse grip these are a game changer.

Love it. Good for working out around a grip injury
Headline says it.

Broke under moderate load
While this has been useful in expanding the exercises I can do with my problematic finger joints, the cable attachment hole snapped off while I was lifting 70 lbs, which is well below the rating of 220 lbs advertised in the product pictures. I was lucky that I was pulling up and not down, as this kind of sudden malfunction could potentially cause nasty injuries.
