Yea…No synthetic food dyes!
No artificial coloring: Synthetic food dyes (Food, Drug and Cosmetic dyes; FD&C) are placed in everything, and it baffles me why, as many have bad aspects (carcinogenic effects, etc.) when taken in high doses, but there are lack of studies on the long-term ingestion of the colors….and they add anything to what makes the meds work! But, these meds have none. The diphenhydramine 25mg works well (i.e., the histamine inverse agonist that makes you sleepy, seems to be comparable to other same-type OTC pills I have purchased from other manufacturers), and I don’t get hives after taking them because they don’t contain the food-dyes I am allergic to!….So, I plan to keep buying them.

Dye and coating free
Had to search through a thousand different diphenhydramine brands to finally find one that was dye and coating free. There is no need for those. I hope they don’t ever stop making this

Expires in a few months
The product should work well enough, seeing as how it’s basically just a chemical composition made according to stringent regulations. One hopes. My issue is that the bottle of 90 caplets I received expires within just a few months, meaning that it is already old and pretty much ready to be taken off the shelf. Its potency is far from its highest state; close to its lowest. Would I buy this in a store? No. And I wouldn’t have bought it here had I known. It’s non-returnable.Another lesson learned about chasing bargains.

Does it go down sideways? Every time. But, weâre not buying this for comfort, folks. This is geniune dye-free, quality & inexpensive sleep with nothing weird in it.Iâll take it – with food.

Helps fall asleep
The pills are small and go down easy. Almost always within 30 mins I begin to drift off to sleep. Works. Staying asleep is another thing. I would have to take 2 pills, but then I’m drowsy in the morning.
